Gary and his team provide the best Quality & Service of any Auto Body operation in the Aurora/Denver Metro area. His appraiser, Danny Lamb is one the best in the business I've ever seen, and takes care of his customers start to finish. I would recommend Alpine Carstar to anybody, anytime! more

I had just moved here and totaled my car. I did not know who to trust or where to go. I found them on Google search and have not regretted the decision. They saw I was a little bummed and took the time even to brighten my mood. more

quick auto repair 3/27/2015

I got into an accident that left my car pretty banged up, CarStar was quick to get back to me about fixing my car and they delivered it a week before the expected repair date. Awesome work and my car looks brand new again! more

Delivery date was delayed twice 2/21/2015

Estimates for delivery was totally off - double the length of timeline was given RESPONSE FROM Alpine CARSTAR Auto Body: We appreciate our customers feedback and always look for ways to improve our service. We have been in business for over 33 years and one of our biggest challenges has always been to educate our customers that there are multiple dynamics at work in repairing their vehicle, and it is very common to have to adjust a completion date during the repair process. There are often hidden damages, additional parts, administrative process, and various other items that can extend a repair. not a happy customer 1/10/2015

Repairs was to take 30 days however my car was in the shop for nine weeks. They damaged things inside my car then tried to tell me that was there when I brought it in. When I pointed out deficts like dirt in paint they just tried to brush it off. I have had other cars fixed other places and never had this much hassles. They didnt even try to work with me on some compensation for the fact that had a rental for 30 days and then after that I was on my own to find my own transportation. The only thing I heard over and over again was "Its a complex procedure" more

Awesome!! 1/4/2015

Although I was informed that the shop was backed up about 2 to 3 weeks, my repairs were completed in just over a week. I was informed at least every 2 days or so on the status as well. Even though it was the holiday season Alpine Carstar was still very prompt and friendly. Thank you so much. more

Repairs with Insurance 12/5/2014

I was having some wreck damaged repaired through my insurance and they were super kind about getting me in ASAP. I got phone call bi-weekly about updates and they even provided pictures via text message or email or both. I felt they cared about the work they did and took the time needed (they took time my car was in there for 2 and half weeks) to have it done right. I had some parts repaired and they match perfectly with the original color. My only caveat would be that I had wanted them to fix two separate things one under insurance and the other through a secondary insurance and they neglected to fix the second, but were willing to get my vehicle back in, in a week or whenever the part came in. Overall good experience. Would recommend. more

Great service. Perfect work. Highly recommend. 11/19/2014

My 09 Subaru suffered hail damage this fall over the whole right side and top of the car. My insurance provider listed Alpine as a preferred repair shop, and I discovered why. My repairs were overseen by Danny, who was great. I received regular updates via email, text and voice messages all through the process. The repairs are perfect, my car looks new. They even removed door dings while taking out the hail damage. My car was detailed inside and out as well when I got it back. That is phenomenal service. I was happy with all aspects of my repair experience with Alpine. I highly recommend this company. more

My second vehicle 11/26/2013

I purchased an '01 Tahoe in Oct 2013, 30 days later, wham! It got hit. Had it towed to Alpine Carstar because they fix an '01 Lexus for me 4 years ago. For real, I love this body shop! They took their time and got it right.......BOTH times more
