Alpine Carstar went way over and above what I had expected out of a body shop. First of all, they picked me up and dropped me off, and I live 30 miles away from the shop. This isn't something they normally do, but the manager made a special exception, and that means a whole lot to me. When I was there, they went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. They are so down to earth and friendly, it's amazing. A lot of places don't really want to help you, they just want your money. They leave you standing in line forever, and barely pay attention when you talk to them. At Carstar, the customer service is outstanding. I honestly get excited when I talk about my experience there, because it left such a good impression.
I discovered Carstar on the preferred body shop list that I got from my insurance company. I called them first, and didn't need to talk with anyone else. They performed about $8,500 worth of body work on my 2006 F250 Crew Cab, that got severely damaged when I had an unfortunate run-in with a tree. They did a spectacular job on the rebuild. I almost couldn't believe it was the same truck. They not only got it looking better than it was before the accident, but better than when it left the factory brand new. Their shop is top notch, with all the best equipment, and is clean enough to be a restaurant.
The quality of the work at Carstar, and of the people working there, will leave you wishing every service could be as good. I have recommended them to several people already, and will certainly continue to do so. If you stop in and give them a chance, you won't have to look any further.
