I recently had my 2010 Subaru Forester repaired at Alpine Carstar Auto Body. The owner, Gary, is quite amiable and even gave me a ride home after my automobile accident- but that's where the quality service ended. My automobile was in his shop for over a month and mostly because of the incompetence of Alpine's employee, Mr. Mike Arrelano. This fellow was obviously recruited from french fry making at Mickey Dees and so doesn'teven begin to know the meaning of customer care. I had to call him at least ten timesover the past month and if he wasn't "on another line" he was full of lame excuses. My actual repair was paid for by Liberty Mutual, instead of my carrier Geico and Liberty and Geico both told me the delay was due to Arrelano's inability to return phone calls. \r

Having said the aforementioned, Arrelano is also totally incapable of fighting for the customer and with insurance companies who are always trying to mitigate what they pay on a claim. \r
