Incompetent workers 3/21/2017

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP PLEASE. THE SHOP CHANGED THE INSURANCE COMPANY $9500 TO FIX MY CAR AND I HAVE TO HAD TO TAKE MY CAR TO ANOTHER SHOP REDO THEIR WORK WE ARE UP TO $7000 NOW THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE WORK THAT IS BEING DONE NOW. THEY CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD, PUT A BIG SCRATCH IN THE SIDE DOOR AND SAID THEY DIDNT BUT I TOOK PICTURES OF MY CAR WHILE I WAS THERE. ANGELA HAS A VERY FOUL ATTITUDE SHE IS HORRIBLE more

Still waiting on estimate 6/6/2016

Having been around the automobile industry some years back, I appreciate when it's OBVIOUS that folks doing a job, give a darn about what they do. Overcoming the atypical stumbling blocks that arose from MY repair, seemed to be in their stride. It wasn't about "problems".. it was about "solutions". Mssr. Great 2/13/2016

I was going out of town and they allowed me to park my car there early and it was repaired by the time I got back. They sent me emails each day to keep me updated on the progress. I was impressed. They also did a superb job. more

Good repairs terrible customer service support 12/21/2015

Kept my car for two weeks then gave attitude when i called trying to get info on an eta. Was told that the employee working on my car left early and it would take another three days to be fixed. In short the repairs are fine just really dissatisfied with the customer service. more

Excellent! 12/1/2015

Work took a few days longer than originally quoted but this was due to additional damage found when they pulled off the damaged bumper. They called me as soon as they knew it was going to take longer. Quality of the work was very high. Paint match was perfect. They even detailed the car before I picked it up. I appreciated getting daily photos to see the progress. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. They arranged for a rental car to be there when I dropped my car off, and they took care of extending the rental for me. Excellent workmanship and service. I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation. more

Excellent customer service from start to finish! 11/20/2015

I was very impressed with the service I received from the time I contacted Alpine. They were friendly and explained everything that they would be doing to my car. I also received either a phone mssg. or text mssg. daily on the status of my repairs. It is so nice to work with an outstanding company such as Alpine. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. more

Excellent job 11/10/2015

I have a 2002 Trans Am... last year they were made, so I'm pretty picky about the car. Had a girl drive into my rear bumper. These guys did an awesome job fixing it back to "better than it was before she hit me." I even asked them to re-attach my door moulding (unrelated to the accident), and they did it no charge. Very cool of them!! more

They could ues better customer service and provide on time car delivery. Ive had to rent a car not only for two weeks but an additional 4 days of rentals because of them stretching ont the delivery date. Not very timely or convenient. RESPONSE FROM Alpine CARSTAR Auto Body: We always appreciate customer comments, however we were able to verify that this customers vehicle was not in our repair facility for the amount of time listed in the review. The Total repair time from drop off to pickup was 11 days as opposed to the time listed. There was a 3 day repair delay related to additional items discovered during repairs which is very common. We did notice that a person with a different name wrote the review verses the person that we dealt with on the repair. Perhaps they had some miscommunication regarding repair dates. We encourage our customers to read all of the reviews related to our company and we will always respect a customers ability to write a review. Thanks, more
