They could ues better customer service and provide on time car delivery. Ive had to rent a car not only for two weeks but an additional 4 days of rentals because of them stretching ont the delivery date. Not very timely or convenient.

We always appreciate customer comments, however we were able to verify that this customers vehicle was not in our repair facility for the amount of time listed in the review. The Total repair time from drop off to pickup was 11 days as opposed to the time listed. There was a 3 day repair delay related to additional items discovered during repairs which is very common. We did notice that a person with a different name wrote the review verses the person that we dealt with on the repair. Perhaps they had some miscommunication regarding repair dates. We encourage our customers to read all of the reviews related to our company and we will always respect a customers ability to write a review. Thanks,
