Their customer service rep who I dealt with (Josh), was fantastic, and adeptly handled my last-minute situation. He immediately sprung into action, and understood the elements of my concerns, which in turn inspired immediate confidence in him and the company itself. \r
It was quickly apparent that I did not have to be apprehensive over elevated costs (which could have been a factor given my circumstance), and hidden costs; as he was thorough and explained what I needed to do, look over, and pay attention to. \r
He was accessible via phone and email, addressing any message/question in a timely manner. \r
Their service dispatchers and moving men are wonderful. \r
And I appreciated the email location updates; they were helpful with time frame. \r
I'm grateful for them making what could've been so stressful and incredibly expensive into a manageable situation. \r
Truly, I am relieved that I chose this company (California New York Express) which made my last-minute NYC storage-move to my Los Angeles home. I had to fly out and wasn't even there for the pickup; they made THAT easy and possible with third-party authorizations.
