I just got off the phone with the operations manager Al - to find out that my luggage has not left the original pick up city yet, after it was picked up from my house 10 days ago.\r

Now the reason is ""miscommunication"", because I had selected Feb 1st as the first available date. Before I signed this, I left a significant tip to the guys who packed my stuff, and explained that I have to select this option.\r

Called customer service 2 days ago and was assured we were on schedule, and today, after the unkind attitude, I was notified that due to the miscommunication my luggage will arrive way later that the original window for delivery.\r
\r
My recommendation is to NOT use this company, or at least do not trust what they tell you, and be ready for a month without the luggage you are moving.
