I wandered in here about six months ago and was warmly greeted by the friendly lady I've come to know as Pat. At that time I had about 20 CD's. Now , thanks to the wonderful advise and service from the staff; Larry, Chuck, Andrew, Pat, George, and everyone else; I have over 200 CD's. Larry is the man. Anything you need to know about music or CD's or bands he speaks the truth. I love coming in and exchanging little pleasantries with Pat.. She's always smiling and wanting to know how was my day, and can she find something for me. I am saddened to see some of the mean reviews for the store and the staff! There are so few nice businesses left that are truly interested in their customers' needs and life. However, it is a business and they need to make a profit to stay in business. They are not your MOTHER. Some of the negative reviews seem to be sour grapes. The store can't buy every CD from every seller. If you don't take good care of them, or you're selling ones the store already has 10 copies of, they can't really be expected to purchase them from you. I'm just thankful places like this are still around! Look in the mirror. If you present a positive attitude and treat the employees like friends you'd like to know better, you can get the musical education of a lifetime, and have fun doing it. They have a few rules sure, every business has to have them. I'd rather have friends making the rules, than some huge faceless company like Best Buy or Target. Larry, Pat, and the gang are there to help you enjoy your hobby. If you fall on hard times they'll be there to help pay you back on some of your CD's if you need them to. Will Best Buy? Will Target?
Good luck and good hunting!
