either way they lost a regular customer, ive probably spent a couple hundred dollars there since my first visit a couple years ago but i will not go back, didnt catch her name but i believe she is one of the owners or sim. i bought a new cd there, it did not work from day one my cd player (r)ejected it, it took multiple attempts to finally get it to play, it tried multiple players and all other cds work fine in my car... so the 30 day (or whatever the policy states) time period for returns had lapsed and the receipt long gone, but after rediscovering it (buried in my console) and attempting to play it i thought i would see if they had any other similar complaints or if they would trade in for another copy, she was very short with me and basically gave the cd a spit shine and handed it back and said it must be my cd player... never again... i hope the dump goes under thatisall more

CD Source is a great CD shop for finding almost anything. I always go there when I want to find a deal on a used CD. They have a really good variety of music. You can find CD’s by local artists as well as national acts. I have not personally sold back my CD’s, but friends tell me that they have the best buy back prices. Be prepared to leave your CD’s along with contact information because the buy back process can take a while. more

I don't have anything great or bad to say about this place. It is what it is. You're not going to find a musical expert to help you find something amazing here, but it's not as cold as your local Best Buy. They have some used stuff but very little of it is any good. It doesn't scream professional or clean either. But it has it's place in the food chain if you know what I mean. You may get a great deal on something you've been wanting forever, or you may just waste 20 min. looking. more

If you need a CD or DVD new/used, old/new, this is the place. It is jam packed with music of every type imaginable. The staff knows everything there is to know about music and try hard to find used copies before charging you for new ones. They pay you for music and dvd's you don't want any more. They offer headphones to check out the music prior to purchase. It is an amazing place that is always busy with all kinds of people. more
