I decided to give CD Source a try to sell back some of my CDs. They don't call you once the offer is ready, they put your CDs out for sale BEFORE you accept there offer, and they are completely disorganized and incompetent. I had to call them to see if their offer was ready. It took at least five people five minutes to find their offer for my CDs. Once I found out that they would only purchase some of the CDs, I asked for them back as I want to get rid of the whole lot or nothing. They then had to go pull CDs off the sales floor and peel stickers off my CD jewel cases. I was quite offended that they would sell my CDs before I ever accepted their offer! The store is a dump, poorly lit and dirty. I know it is no discount retailer or chain, but you'd think they would have a little more pride in their business and clean up the place a little bit and make it more inviting. I've been in the store before, but never purchased anything as I've never found anything I was looking for.\r

Definitely will not visit this establishment again, nor would I recommend it to anyone looking to buy, sell, or trade CDs or DVDs.
