I am a builder out of Memphis, I have purchased three sets of cabinets now in the last 6 months from Buy Cabinets Direct. The first two sets I purchased were an RTA cabinet that I had to assemble, which were nice and not too bad to do. This last set I bought for a property I was flipping they came assembled and were the Legacy Espresso Line. I never expected the rave reviews I would get on the kitchen, so I am writing this cause I sold my house in two days. Thanks guys for your help -Josh T- more

All orders will be shipped with our basic shipping and will be shipped within 2 to 6 weeks of payment being recieved in full. All orders will be provided a tracking number to the customer account used to puchase the order. This will be available under the paid order itself. Please note that the tracking number will not be available untill the order has been prepared for shipping. Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for processing of your order before it is shipped. Free shipping is only available within the continental U.S. Please inspect the shipment immediately. I ordered from here. Delivery supposed to be in 7-10 days. After that noone would return my calls. Found out the name of the cabinet maker after 3 weeks of waiting and trying to talk to ANYONE who would talk to me. I called the cabinet maker directly. They had never even received my order. Bottom line is Buy Cabinets owner took my money and intentionally invested it into his business instead of ordering my cabinets. They are all nice and friendly until they get your money. After talking to the cabinet maker they said they have had several people in my same situation. If you order through Buy Cabinets Direct you do so at your own risk. I had to call my credit card company to rescend my payment. After 4 months of waiting they have found in my favor and credited my account. In the meantime I ordered my cabinets from the maker directly and got them in one week. I would advise to deal with the maker directly. They will tell you NO lies about the products they are making verses the middle guy just trying to make a sale. Or blatantly take your money. more

This business has taken and cashed my check for payment of invoice #1275 on November 12th, 2011 and has not delivered the cabinets. Cabinets were to be delivered in 5-10 days, but I still have not received anything. On no less than 10 calls on 10 different days I have been told that the cabinets would be delivered on various occasions, but none of these promises has ever materialized. Lately, they have offered to refund my money, but when I want to come by to pick up the refund check, they say that the check can't be written because someone is out, or that it can't be signed because someone else is out. I am afraid my money is gone. It will be a thin Christmas for the kids this year. Please learn from my mistake. more
