I ordered from here. Delivery supposed to be in 7-10 days. After that noone would return my calls. Found out the name of the cabinet maker after 3 weeks of waiting and trying to talk to ANYONE who would talk to me. I called the cabinet maker directly. They had never even received my order. Bottom line is Buy Cabinets owner took my money and intentionally invested it into his business instead of ordering my cabinets. They are all nice and friendly until they get your money. After talking to the cabinet maker they said they have had several people in my same situation. If you order through Buy Cabinets Direct you do so at your own risk. I had to call my credit card company to rescend my payment. After 4 months of waiting they have found in my favor and credited my account. In the meantime I ordered my cabinets from the maker directly and got them in one week. I would advise to deal with the maker directly. They will tell you NO lies about the products they are making verses the middle guy just trying to make a sale. Or blatantly take your money.
