Butler Floors Did a GREAT JOB! 3/13/2014

I strongly recommend Butler Floors. They installed a new back splash in my kitchen and new laminate flooring in my kitchen and family room. They did a great job. And they worked with my schedule. I will be doing additional remodeling projects and Butler Floors will be where I go for flooring. Thank you Rob and Cindy Butler! more

New wood floors installed 3/11/2014

Rob & Cindy were very helpful in helping us decide on our wood floors. They are very nice to work with! The install team was also very nice and did an amazing job. They were very careful and meticulous. Everything was on time as planned, and we couldn't be more happy! I would recommend using them for your flooring needs. more

Service and product information provided by owner in showroom very professional and helpful. Accommodated our request for samples. After placing order, delivery of carpet was prompt. Installation by very skillful and efficient crew, who were also very polite and friendly. They finished the job in record time and very much to our satisfaction. more

After researching Eco-friendly floors, this is one of the places I went to. Cindy was very knowledgeable, patient and took her time to answer all my questions. She explained the process from delivery to installation. They met their deadlines and the installation went very smoothly and professionally. The floors look beautiful. I would recommend them and use them again. more

Cindy and Rob are very knowledgable and helpful. Cindy spent a great deal of time helping me pick just the right products for my home. They where quick to respond with questions and on time. Cindy even ordered a box my flooring before we even signed a contract so I could see how it would look in advance - which was extremely helpful! I recommend them HIGHLY!!! more

Awesome! From start to finish, Butler Floors delivered. 8/22/2013

We have been considering replacing carpet in our master bedroom and study with hardwood flooring for some time. We finally decided to do it this summer and we investigated a number of companies and decided to contact Butler Flooring. We were not disappointed from the very beginning. Rob was patient as we accumulated samples, took them home, swapped them out for additional samples. We ultimately decided on what we wanted and Rob came to measure. His installation team was wonderful, efficient and professional and quick! We were very impressed with the product and the installation and would recommend highly Butler Floors to any who are contemplating hardwood flooring. Wish we had contacted Butler Flooring earlier! more

Just a couple of hiccups... 3/14/2013

Cindy and Rob at Butler were great. They were very helpful and friendly when I dropped into the showroom. I immediately chose my flooring and although they were booked solid they fit my job in so that it could be completed before my move in date. The only issues I had were first, where the molding was jointed was VERY obvious. It looked like cracks in the molding in the middle of the room, rather than matching them in a more inconspicuous place. Luckily, a little touch paint makes it hardly noticeable now. And second, I've never had any flooring replaced so I didn't realize they'd be using my garage as work space. Everything I had stored in my garage from the moving process was covered in saw dust. I had to clean everything (again) before I could move it into the house. When I mentioned it to Rob he wasn't at all apologetic. I am, however very happy with my new flooring and the final cost overall could not be beat. more

Fast and clean 3/1/2013

I had a job I needed done in 5 days. It was completed in two, Work was done on a Saturday, cleanup was perfect and there were no up charges or complications. Second time I've used butler floors and very happy with both jobs. more

Flooring 2/3/2013

I can honestly say that Butler Floors has now installed all of my flooring. They have also supplied me with the tile for my backsplash. I could not be more pleased with Rob and Cindy and their dedication to the job! Kudos to the Butlers (even if the are Aggies!!!) more
