Butler Floors "SHINE" 2/27/2012

Butler Floors was recommended by a fellow REALTOR, so I had high expectations based on this person's recommendation. I had also seen a home that had used Butler Floors. Rob and Cindy were very helpful. Rob was out within the first few days to measure my home and gave me an estimate (just slightly under a competitor's). I had picked out the carpet, but was hesitant about the tile. I was able to take home several pieces and after just 2 trips made a decision. Cindy helped me with the different tiles while I was in the store. Rob made certain I was aware of different looks if the tile was laid out in particular directions. I went with the bricklayer pattern and used 20x20 tiles. The wonderful thing was they installed the tile and carpet while we were out of town. I felt very comfortable leaving my home during such a messy process. The best thing was walking in that door to my home with the new flooring!!! I feel like I'm in a new house, instead of one built in '87! What makes Butler Floors 'shine' are Rob and Cindy, the owners. Personable, knowledgeable and attention to detail make a winning combination. more

A great example of Professionalism and Integerity! 2/23/2012

What a great experience! Rob went out of his way to help us make an informed decision on our new carpet. He helped us choose a high quality product that is practical and cost effective for our growing family. The installation was quick and painless. They even vacuumed the floors after they were done! The work was Grade A 2/6/2012

I had them come and do the entire upstairs to my house and they did a great job. REmoved any creaks in the floor, leveled it for the new flooring and installed the flooring within 3 days. it was spectacular. Will definitely call them again for the remaining rooms. more

Good product, good service, friendly people 2/1/2012

The owners of Butler floors are my neighbors, so I know the kind of people they are (trustworthy) and knew I would be treated fairly. I have done business with them before (about 5-6 years ago) and was very pleased with their work. Their assistance picking out my flooring and the actual installation were excellent. The only thing I would mention that could maybe be improved upon is scheduling the job. It seems that initially you are scheduled and both times I used them, the installation was moved back a couple times. We did not them to work on the weekend, so that may have partly contributed to the re-scheduling. They are good people and we appreciate them and their work. more

Highly recommended! 2/1/2012

The owners, Rob and Cindy Butler, are extremely helpful. I am a first time homeowner, trying to now sell my house. I am not great with design ideas or color or anything when it comes to home decorating...so I needed their advice a lot and they saved me for sure! Cindy helped me pick out tile for my bathroom and Rob helped me pick out wood laminate and carpet. All three turned out wonderfully and I would highly recommend working with Butler floors. Great company, great owners! more

did a great job but dust containment was not set up. had to remind installer to do so. cleanup and removal of material scraps could have been better. job turned out great. Owner of company is very responsive more

Excellent customer service and products 1/27/2012

This local company made replacing a bedroom carpet a breeze. Listened to my leanings, directed me to just what I was hoping for and had it installed promptly and professionally. With the left-over I had a section bound and now enjoy an area rug as well! Wonderful to do business with folks you can relate to and support. more
