Cindy and Rob at Butler were great. They were very helpful and friendly when I dropped into the showroom. I immediately chose my flooring and although they were booked solid they fit my job in so that it could be completed before my move in date. The only issues I had were first, where the molding was jointed was VERY obvious. It looked like cracks in the molding in the middle of the room, rather than matching them in a more inconspicuous place. Luckily, a little touch paint makes it hardly noticeable now. And second, I've never had any flooring replaced so I didn't realize they'd be using my garage as work space. Everything I had stored in my garage from the moving process was covered in saw dust. I had to clean everything (again) before I could move it into the house. When I mentioned it to Rob he wasn't at all apologetic. I am, however very happy with my new flooring and the final cost overall could not be beat.
