Excellent service from first contact to project completion. 8/5/2010

The total renovation of our guest bathroom is now complete and is absolutely beautiful. The support provided in all phases of the project by Rob and Cindy Butler was invaluable. Cindy made sure that I was aware of all my options during the design process, the installation of the tile was problem free and they worked well with the other contractors needed to complete the project. Rob stayed on top of all aspects of the work being done and kept us informed every step along the way. We are now planning our next project and will definitely continue our working relationship with Butler Floors. more

Butler Floors is a great business to work with. 8/2/2010

Butler Floors did the carpeting and bamboo for my first house. They did an amazing job on the small details like the carpet on the stairs and the cut-in's for the bamboo at corners. Was so impressed so they were the obvious choice for carpet in my house when moving in to a new house. Again they were great to work with. I can recommend them with 100% certainty that you will get awesome customer service and a great install. more

hi there - to have made this a spectacular experience, it would have been great if it had been done on Monday, so that when we returned on our trip, the off gassing would have disapated a bit. also, the leftover stuff including a sack of nails in my kids room was sloppy. customer service from Cindy and Rob, was as always, excellent. more

Excellent help in the store 7/21/2010

Great help picking out what I wanted from the large variety. I've very happy with what I picked. The installtion team doing the tile and wood floors were acceptable, but not outstanding. The grout line for the tile changes widths noticably and the wood to tile transition pieces had glue ooze out that I had to remove. more

The Best! 5/21/2010

This is about the 8th time we have used Butler Floors, and not once were we ever disappointed. We have both commercial and residental property. At our store, we occasionally change our displays, so we like to change the flooring, too. Rob Butler has really great ideas to both save you money and make the project a success. One thing we have learned over the years is that you can always find it "cheaper" but it usually looks it. When it comes to flooring, it's all about the installation. His installers are career oriented when it comes to their craft and it shows. They have many many choices of flooring, and they know the origin of the materials and how well each one holds up. Just give him your budget. He will make it work, and you will know what to expect with both quality and logevity. No secrets. We highly, highly recommend Butler Floors. more

Friendly and fair service 4/29/2010

I would recommend Butler Floors to anyone wanting a good job at a fair price. The only complaint I have is we were not called when the carpet was in which delayed our install and a hold-up at the warehouse prevented them from starting on time. more

Floor reinstall after water damage 2/9/2010

I used Butler Floors for my engineered Brazil wood all through the house except for the kitchen and bathrooms. I even used them to tile the outside patio. I had an air conditioning heat unit that leaked and had to replace the floors downstairs. Two years later, I had the water heater leak and again replaced the floors downstairs. Rob and Cindy took care of everything and are a pleasure to work with. Their crew installed my floors in two days and kept everything clean even though it was pouring down rain outside. more

Carpet job done on time 1/11/2010

We bought a home and needed to re-carpet the home. We had only 2 days before closing to get this done. Butler Floors had the carpet there and installed on time. They had to work late to meet our schedule but did so with no complaints or extra charges. I would recommend Butler Floors with no reservations. more

Great, dependable service. 11/9/2009

We have used Butler Floors multiple times for flooring work in our house as well as the church where we are pastors. The service has been great, the work is excellent, and the prices are good. Usually, they can get to you fairly quickly. For example, we had an accident on the carpet in the front of the church and Rob Butler immediately sent one of his guys over to fix it. They did such an excellent job that I could not tell that there had ever been a problem. They are fast, neat, and you can always guarantee that they will do a fantastic job. The service also is very personal. Rob comes in and check on things personally, which gives us even more assurance about the job. We would definitely recommend Butler Floors.
