Busy Buddy Carpet Cleaners were professional and friendly. They even called to say they were ten minutes behind schedule. They took care of stained traffic areas and pet stains. Since it has been so damp and cold carpet didn't dry as fast as it should of, so the owner Dave left us with a few extra carpet blowers and came back the next day for them. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone. more

Busy Buddy has cleaned our carpets 3 times, each time it turned out great!! He is friendly, quick, and really bent over backwards to get the job done. I think the negative comment below must have been a mistake, because Dave has great customer service and does and outstanding job!!! more

Worst experience ever. \r \r I hired this guy, Dave Torres, because he gave me a great rate for such a small place (I have a very small apartment under 400sq ft- without the furniture removed it was even smaller of an area to clean)- They quoted me $85 and that included a 'special enzyme' that they were going to treat the pet stains with. First of all... they 'forgot' about the appointment all together!!! My boyfriend waited and waited, the appointment was for 9am and we had to end up calling THEM to remind them of it. They then showed up an additional 45 min later.... Second of all, when he showed up he told me that he ""never quoted me that price"". THEN, after arguing and having to negotiate a new HIGHER price, I came home to find that 1) the pet stains and odors were STILL THERE and 2) The carpets (that took him a whole 8 min) were not even that clean to begin with. There were several stains and the odors were still there if not even more so.\r \r He ended up just arguing with me and when I called him back the next day to tell him that I was unhappy with the end result, he rushed me off the phone and said he would call back. Finally he called back and agreed to come by the next day to take a look and see what ""I was talking about""- Surprise! He never showed up. A no show- again! I tried calling the bank to cancel the check we gave him and he had already cashed it- What a joke!\r \r Worst customer service and carpet cleaning experience ever, he kept trying to hurry me off the phone, did not want to listen and then didn't even show up- AGAIN, what a scammer! more

WOW.... So great to have a service contractor who does what thy say, when they say and have results that actually make me take the time to write a review!! We are always leary to hire plumbers, electricians, painters.and in this case carpet cleaners.but right away the owner, Dave Torres, made us feel comfortable to havehim and his crew in our home. Dave was punctual, friendly, humorus and did a more than satisfying job. Hiring Busy Buddy Carpet Cleaning was a very pleasant experience from start to finnish..Way to go Busy Buddy!!! What great guys! Very friendly service and knows what they are talking about. Removed all my stains that I thought would not be removable. Dave explained to me the chemicals and the enzymes he is using and taught me a lot about soft water. He explained everything very well. Very nice guy! Gave me a discount because I'm pregnant. We'll be using him again. more

This was one of the worst experiences ever. They came into my home and made me feel pressured to let them clean. Even though I had called them and assured them that I only needed an estimate. They would not leave me alone until they cleaned something. Finally when I caved they did their cleaning while he kept saying ""I guarantee my work... I guarantee my work"" over and over again. When the time came for us to move out and our inspectors came. We ended up having to REPLACE the carpet. So they guaranteed job did NOT work. I then called them back to tell them that they didn't do the job that they said, and I was hung up on after being told to read the small print on the contract I had signed. After finding my ""contract"" I found that I had not signed ANYTHING. He refuses to listen or refund my money. Worst service ever, worst job ever, and worst feel ever being scammed by a man who is obviously desperate to just get any business he can. I wouldn't go back to them if my life depended on it and I hope no one else will either. more

Dave answered the phone when I called and was also the one that cleaned my carpet. We had gross stains from the kids in our dining room (I know carpet in the dining room, yuck!), and he made them all disappear. I'm amazed! He also recommended scotch-guarding where the kids were making the messes, which we did. I hope it works. Dave was friendly, polite and very fast. These things are important to me since a strange is coming into my home, and we are a busy family without much downtime to spend on these types of things. I'm very pleased this company and will definitely call them again (hopefully not too soon, though). more
