This was one of the worst experiences ever.
They came into my home and made me feel pressured to let them clean. Even though I had called them and assured them that I only needed an estimate.
They would not leave me alone until they cleaned something. Finally when I caved they did their cleaning while he kept saying ""I guarantee my work... I guarantee my work"" over and over again.
When the time came for us to move out and our inspectors came. We ended up having to REPLACE the carpet. So they guaranteed job did NOT work.
I then called them back to tell them that they didn't do the job that they said, and I was hung up on after being told to read the small print on the contract I had signed.
After finding my ""contract"" I found that I had not signed ANYTHING.
He refuses to listen or refund my money.
Worst service ever, worst job ever, and worst feel ever being scammed by a man who is obviously desperate to just get any business he can.
I wouldn't go back to them if my life depended on it and I hope no one else will either.
