This is the first time I have been disapoointed tn the service at Burien chevrolet.
the detail was not done completely. the third row seats were not even wiped down , the window frames had not been wiped down, the did not even remove the seats to vacum under them. The interioe ceiling were not vacumed or even wiped down, certains spot I wiped out with a hand wipe - to see if there were spots unable to be removed - I was wrong - you crew failed to to do even the simpliest items in cleaning my vehicle.he carpet cleaning was very unsatisfactory. the crew did not vacumn out the glove box or the middle console - yes Virginia they saved the cookies crumbs for me. - I was very very disappointed. I drive a great distance from Gig Harbor to have my car serviced at burien chevrolet - to support Catholic business that advertise on catholic radio.
I have spent big $ from minor items to transmissions. - I am sooo disappointed I really do not think I will recommend your company or return for service. - that includes Burien toyota for my othe vehicle.
