After two other places said ""No"" I came to Bump city for help. Not only they did the job quickly and efficiently, but Steve dropped me off and then brought the car to home (my Mom's car and she is 82). Fantastic! For all my future bodywork Bump city is the place! more

There are times when words are not enough to express the depth of your gratitude. Today was one of those times for me. The day started out as one of the worst days ever. On my way to get an oil change on my last day of vacation, someone managed to scrape up my passenger door and rear quarter panel. Do I dare mention that he had no license or insurance? Long story short?I was out over $600. Or so I thought.\r \r I called my insurance company and they gave me several names of local body shops. Bump City Auto Inc. was on the list and closest to my home. At the time I did not realize that they were 20 minutes from closing. You never would have known by the smile of the receptionist and the friendly demeanor of the service representative. I showed the representative the dents and scratches on my car and then waited in the office for the team to look at my car. My car went from looking like someone took a metal rake to my car to looking like nothing ever happened! Were there still some small dents? Yes. But teeny little dents I can live with. Rake marks across my whole passenger door, I cannot. The service rep provided me with some options about further possible further improvements to my car if I was not satisfied with what they had already done for me. He was completely honest with me and told me that he would go ahead and repair the dents if I wanted, however, he did not feel that it was necessary. As a single woman, I was so appreciative of the fact that he did not attempt to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. The day that started off so badly ended so well. I cannot thank Bump City Auto Inc. enough for saving my mental health as well as my pocketbook. I hope that their good karma returns to them tenfold. Thanks Bump City!! more

This is Late, But very much deserved. I felt so relaxed and secure in thier mechinical services when it came to my car, and thier humorous yet professional employees went beyound great Customer service, did i mention the excellent work they did on my car. Being a women u often get intimadated going into such a male associated place, not knowing if ur going to get Swindled, but Steve, my agent told me everything i needed to know, he explained everything in clear and concise details, step by step as my car was being fixed.... I will always go through bump city when it comes to the body work of my car, and thats a fact! Just one thing I would recommend and thats Tossing that darn chapstick!!!!!!! thanks all, from the bottom of my heart! more

Last year, I slid on some ice and did $3,000 worth of damage to my car. I had taken my car to this place before as I had been hit by someone who's insurance had them as a preferred vendor. They did such a good job the last time, that I felt confident about taking it back there again. They worked with my insurance agency and actually their estimate was LOWER than my adjustor's! That never happens in the real world. It took one week to repair the body damage and I had also damaged the custom wheels too. All was good when I went to pick up my car. It looked brand new! I was very happy and an extra bonus, a box of cookies and daily calendar was in the passenger's seat as a small token of their appreciation for using them to repair my car. How cool is that! The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable too. They did not treat me like a dummy when it came to explaining the work. I highly recommend them to all who need body work done right the first time.
