This is Late, But very much deserved. I felt so relaxed and secure in thier mechinical services when it came to my car, and thier humorous yet professional employees went beyound great Customer service, did i mention the excellent work they did on my car. Being a women u often get intimadated going into such a male associated place, not knowing if ur going to get Swindled, but Steve, my agent told me everything i needed to know, he explained everything in clear and concise details, step by step as my car was being fixed.... I will always go through bump city when it comes to the body work of my car, and thats a fact! Just one thing I would recommend and thats Tossing that darn chapstick!!!!!!! thanks all, from the bottom of my heart!
