There are times when words are not enough to express the depth of your gratitude. Today was one of those times for me. The day started out as one of the worst days ever. On my way to get an oil change on my last day of vacation, someone managed to scrape up my passenger door and rear quarter panel. Do I dare mention that he had no license or insurance? Long story short?I was out over $600. Or so I thought.\r \r I called my insurance company and they gave me several names of local body shops. Bump City Auto Inc. was on the list and closest to my home. At the time I did not realize that they were 20 minutes from closing. You never would have known by the smile of the receptionist and the friendly demeanor of the service representative. I showed the representative the dents and scratches on my car and then waited in the office for the team to look at my car. Less than 10 minutes later, the service representative walked me back to my car. I was amazed at what they had done in
