I had hurricane damage, with hitting debris, and Budget Transmission Center took care of it. Sammy and Ray went up and beyond in customer service! I called around and the Budget Transmission Center was the only one that was openly available to answer any questions and explain things to me. Go there, you won't be disappointed! more

Friendly staff and good prices. 10/14/2011

Budget Transmission Center was very friendly. Their prices were very good. I was able to get a ride to and from work very quickly. The only problem was whenever I tried to call to find out if my car was done I didn't get an answer right away. I had to call back several time, but I understand that they were very busy yesterday, so I'm willing to forgive them, as it probably won't happen next time. more

Provide great customer service. 9/26/2011

I give Budget Transmission Center all 5's! Higher if I could! They have really great customer service over there. I've been there two times, and the first time was good, even though it took a little longer than I expected, but that was due to my warranty company and not Budget Transmission! This most recent time, everything was perfect! They fixed it fast and took care of everything that needed to be done. I'll definitely go back again if I have any trouble like this. Everything was perfect with the Budget Transmission Center! I have dealt with them for several years. I had known the previous owners. I thought they were still under the same ownership and I found that the owners had sold it. The current owners at Budget Transmission Center still gave me courteous service as the previous owners had done. If I need any more transmission service, I would go back to the Budget Transmission Center. If someone asks where I got the work done, I would definitely recommend them to them!! more

Good service, could be faster. 9/22/2011

I was traveling for business and my car broke down on me. I pulled into a hotel before I could cause anymore damage and Budget Transmission Center, who were located near the hotel, came right out and picked up my car. I thought the service was good. The front wheel bearings needed to be fixed. Their shop seemed very busy, they had a lot of cars there. My only feedback is they should work faster to get the cars in and out for their customers. I had to spend one day in a hotel, staring at four walls while they worked on it. Good service, but I'm not sure I'd go back. more

Honest and trustworthy mechanic that can handle any issue. 9/21/2011

I have had several experiences with Budget Transmission Center over the last three years. They're great. I find them to be really trustworthy people, and that's what you want when you go to a mechanic. They won't rip you off. I have been to Budget for full brake service, for engine diagnostics and part replacement, and to have a new water pump installed--they do it all. What keeps me coming back is that they really look out for their customers. They will tell you exactly what's going on with your car, and will work with you to get you the best price. If you want an honest mechanic, and I know that everyone does, then Budget is the place to go. Z. Moore more

Fixed my issue. 9/19/2011

My clutch was sticking to the floor, and I think Budget Transmission Center was able to solve my problem. The only drawback was when I first walked in, I was waiting there for at least five minutes before somebody greeted me. There were two young ladies behind the desk, but neither one looked up, they were too busy on their phones texting, to say hello or ask how what I needed. Only when Ray came out, did I feel like I was truly greeted as a customer. He was very helpful and got my process started. Yes, I'd recommend them, but felt my total experience as a customer was lacking. more

Very good customer service. 8/15/2011

I was having a transmission issue with my car, and Budget Transmission Center happened to be close to my home. I took the car in, and they had it fixed the first day it was there. I got the car back, and after driving it around for a while I noticed that it still wasn't working quite right. Well, I brought it back, and they completely fixed it at no cost to me, whatsoever. It's been running fine ever since. They did a good job, and I'm very pleased. more

We found out about Budget Transmission Center because Sammy rented some vehicles from our leasing company. We drove by the Budget Transmission Center once and we got talking. I told him about a couple of little problems with my truck's transmission and Sammy got right on it. He called me back and told me exactly what the problems were. Budget Transmission Center is at a convenient location with plenty of parking. I used to go to another shop in my city but it didn't have the same atmosphere. They have nice guys. As a matter of fact, I called Sam once because I couldn't pick up my tractor trailer in time, and he had a guy waiting for me until I came to pick it up at 7PM! My wife is going to use the Budget Transmission Center soon too. We've already recommended them to others we know! Ted White more

This was the first time I went to Budget Transmission Center. I thought they did a great job. It took a little longer than I expected because they had to order a part. Other than that, I thought they were professional and friendly and I'd go back to them for future service. more
