Great work, long process 6/6/2013

They told me my truck would be ready in 2 weeks and it was more like 6 weeks. The time was my only issue but my truck is running fine, service was good, they are very friendly, and they did a good job. Sammy would call about once a week to update me on the car and towards the end Sammy called every few days to tell me about the project. more

Best quote, quick service, picked up my car for me! 6/4/2013

My transmission blew out about a year ago, and Budget Transmission Center were quick, and great to work with when that happened. They came to my apartment and towed my car to their shop and kept in contact with me about the work being done. They have been absolutely phenomenal and accommodating for me. I have been using them ever since because they gave me the best quote and had my car back to me in two days. more

Work diagnosed and fixed in one day! 5/30/2013

Budget Transmission Center worked on a seal leakage on my axel which was leaking transmission fluid. They diagnosed it, fixed it, and transported me to the job all in one day! It was a fast and easy fix for my car that I really appreciate. more

Very easy, friendly, and affordable 5/28/2013

I needed new brakes and I brought my car in to Budget Transmission Center for that. They were able to get the brake work done for me within one day, which was great. I ended up having trouble with the new brakes and had to take the car in again the following week. They were able to fix the issue and replace the brakes at no additional cost that second time. I continue to use them and I recommend them to all my students and coworkers. They are reasonably priced and very friendly. I especially like that when I call to get a quote, it is not just a quote that I receive but the actual price that I am charged. The only recommendation that I would have for them is that they should call the customer ahead of time when they will be keeping the car overnight. The second time I was there for the brakes, they let me know they would be keeping the car overnight until four o'clock in the afternoon and it was difficult to coordinate a ride from work that late in the day. more

A painless way to have your transmission fixed. 5/23/2013

My transmission stopped working so I took it in to Budget Transmission Center. The place was very clean and the people were very pleasant. That's why we picked them. My experience so far has been great but I hesitate to give them full marks because I would like to see how the vehicle runs a bit longer. more

A very professional transmission center. 3/21/2013

I had a good experience with Budget Transmission Center and I like that they have a 1 year warranty. I was referred to them by a friend. I checked it out and they were the most reasonable. He did everything that he said he would do. He kept me informed throughout the process. At one point, I asked him to hang on to the vehicle because I wasn't ready to make the full payment yet and he was very accommodating. more

I went in to Budget Transmission Center to get the transmission done on our car. It didn't take long, only about three days. Everything so far so good. They called and kept updating us on the status of the car. They are friendly and nice people! more

I am a repeat customer and have dealt with Budget Transmission Center before. The first time I went there, they replaced my transmission and gave me a 1 year warranty. At 11 months, the transmission went again and I took it back in. They replaced it, no questions asked. This happened again 11 months later and again, they replaced it without question. They stand by their guarantee and that's hard to find these days. This most recent time, I was having my transmission replaced at Budget Transmission Center. Because of the storm, they were still waiting on a part and the job ended up taking longer than originally expected. It also cost me more because I had to keep the rental car longer. The quality of work was good, though. The original price was several hundred dollars less than competitors so they are definitely worth the value. more

I was happy with their service, they were very hospitable 2/14/2013

I was having some car trouble. When I took it in for an oil change, they told me the transmission was leaking. So I called up Budget Transmission Center after seeing their advertisement in the phone book. They said, "Bring it in, we'll look at it free of charge." It turns out it wasn't the transmission but something else. They fixed it up for a good price. They even took it for a test drive after. It's been fine so I'm very happy with them. more

A very good and fair place to get my work done 2/4/2013

I went to Budget Transmission Center to have them take care of the pressure plate and master cylinder. It was overall a good experience. There were no major issues and they're pretty fast. more

Very Good 1/24/2013

A service light had come on in my vehicle. Budget Transmission Center checked the engine and told me the problem was with a loose oil filter. They fixed the problem and did an oil change. I was pleased with the service. more

I was pleasantly surprised at Budget Transmission Center's service and their pleasantness to work with. I have used them several times. The first time we thought there was a transmission issue with the car. Gears were slipping, and we thought the car was dying. Joe took a look at it and recommended a much cheaper solution, cheaper enough that we thought we'd take a shot with it. It was a small gamble but it worked out. The transmission did not have to be replaced. We took our car in again two months later, and once more, Joe took care of it. more
