My clutch was sticking to the floor, and I think Budget Transmission Center was able to solve my problem. The only drawback was when I first walked in, I was waiting there for at least five minutes before somebody greeted me. There were two young ladies behind the desk, but neither one looked up, they were too busy on their phones texting, to say hello or ask how what I needed. Only when Ray came out, did I feel like I was truly greeted as a customer. He was very helpful and got my process started. Yes, I'd recommend them, but felt my total experience as a customer was lacking.
