Ok, first of all I would like to say that the reviews up here don't seem to be giving both sides of the story, because I was given amazing service dealing with Sammy and Ray at Budget Transmission. I called them after I was in an accident that totaled my car, but being my first car, I didn't want to give it up. The insurance company wouldn't fix it because the cost to fix it outweighed the value of my car. (2002 Kia Optima, in excellent condition)
So, I called Budget and asked them if they could look at my car and let me know what major work had to be done. They went up to the dealership my car was sent to and got it out before I was charged anymore for storage which I was very grateful for, and immediately looked at my car for me.
A few days later when I actually had time to think about the situation and decision I was making, I decided to total out the car and give it back to the insurance company. Once I talked to Sammy he said it was fine, and didn't even ask for a penny. I was very thankful and in shock because they towed my car that would have cost about 80$ for nothing, diagnosed it and let it stay there for no charge. You don't see understanding and kindness like that these days. As you can see, I am very grateful and happy I called Budget Transmission before any other company because I felt like they really cared about me and my situation instead of the money they could have easily made off of me.
I hope this helps others decide if Budget is right for them, because I know I would send my next car there any day.
