A very professional transmission center. 3/21/2013

I had a good experience with Budget Transmission Center and I like that they have a 1 year warranty. I was referred to them by a friend. I checked it out and they were the most reasonable. He did everything that he said he would do. He kept me informed throughout the process. At one point, I asked him to hang on to the vehicle because I wasn't ready to make the full payment yet and he was very accommodating. more

Quick and fast! 3/15/2013

I went in to Budget Transmission Center to get the transmission done on our car. It didn't take long, only about three days. Everything so far so good. They called and kept updating us on the status of the car. They are friendly and nice people! more

I am a repeat customer and have dealt with Budget Transmission Center before. The first time I went there, they replaced my transmission and gave me a 1 year warranty. At 11 months, the transmission went again and I took it back in. They replaced it, no questions asked. This happened again 11 months later and again, they replaced it without question. They stand by their guarantee and that's hard to find these days. This most recent time, I was having my transmission replaced at Budget Transmission Center. Because of the storm, they were still waiting on a part and the job ended up taking longer than originally expected. It also cost me more because I had to keep the rental car longer. The quality of work was good, though. The original price was several hundred dollars less than competitors so they are definitely worth the value. more

I have been using Budget Transmission Center for a long time. They save me money and work quickly. They are nice and they do their job. If you have any transmission problems, Budget Transmission Center is the best place to go. more

This place did not diagnose my truck correctly even after I told him, the owner, what to check. He assured me that he checked the intermediate shaft and that my transmission and torque converter needed to be rebuilt. After 13 days they finally got the rebuilt transmission in and guess what, that wasn't the problem it was the shaft that I had originally told him to check. So instead of being a legitimate company and saying they made a mistake the owner says that both were bad ,like I'm an idiot, well I am for bringing it here. A $1000 job turned into $2700 job. They had my truck for 16 days!!! They also put a large scratch in my driver's side door. The response I recieved when I made them aware of this was they are not responsible for damages that happen while the vehicle is in their possession. So I'm guessing that means they can total your car and they aren't responsible. My mistake is not taking it to the dealer where at least they back their mistakes up. I have reported them to the BBB and discovered I am not the first. \r \r more

I was happy with their service, they were very hospitable 2/14/2013

I was having some car trouble. When I took it in for an oil change, they told me the transmission was leaking. So I called up Budget Transmission Center after seeing their advertisement in the phone book. They said, "Bring it in, we'll look at it free of charge." It turns out it wasn't the transmission but something else. They fixed it up for a good price. They even took it for a test drive after. It's been fine so I'm very happy with them. more

A very good and fair place to get my work done 2/4/2013

I went to Budget Transmission Center to have them take care of the pressure plate and master cylinder. It was overall a good experience. There were no major issues and they're pretty fast. more

Very Good 1/24/2013

A service light had come on in my vehicle. Budget Transmission Center checked the engine and told me the problem was with a loose oil filter. They fixed the problem and did an oil change. I was pleased with the service. more
