Budget Transmission Center has always been great. I've recommended them, and I have people going there already. They do an excellent job. Their customer service is nice, and the mechanics are flexible, professional, and great. I never have a problem with my car after taking it to them. more

I give Budget Transmission Center all 6/11/2012

I give Budget Transmission Center all 5's! Higher if I could! They have really great customer service over there. I've been there two times, and the first time was good, even though it took a little longer than I expected, but that was due to my warranty company and not Budget Transmission! This most recent time, everything was perfect! They fixed it fast and took care of everything that needed to be done. I'll definitely go back again if I have any trouble like this. Good job, good price. 6/5/2012

My transmission needed to be done, so I took my car in during the week and they fixed it and gave me a good warranty at a very low price. Overall, my car was there about three days, and they showed me a couple other things that needed to be done which they did at a very low price. They're pretty good, and I have recommended them to people. My mom actually has her car there as we speak, so obviously they do a good job. more

I was totaly impressed with the service and price i got to fix my van, i looked up what the other guy was talking about and found out the real truth He lost his case with Budget because he lied and forged his paperwork IN COURT. Just Look at his profile and you will inderstand this person has some issues and need to get a life. That place must have had 30 cars in it. If it was a bad place it would be like the other shops i visit pretty empty. I am glad i made the correct choice to bring my car to Samie at Budget. more

They do it all 5/15/2012

I have been to Budget for full brake service, for engine diagnostics and part replacement, and to have a new water pump installed--they do it all. What keeps me coming back is that they really look out for their customers. They will tell you exactly what's going on with your car, and will work with you to get you the best price. If you want an honest mechanic, and I know that everyone does, then Budget is the place to go. more

Very nice mechanics 5/14/2012

I have only used them a few times but Budget Transmission Center was recommended to me by friends. The prices are reasonable and the gentlemen there are young but pretty good-they talk to you and explain things to you. THe young fellows treat you very well and the work done is all right. more

Good, reliable company. Only thing is communication. 5/10/2012

I thought the work they did was really good. The only thing I'd recommend for them was that the communication was not that great. I dropped off my car on a Friday, and they told me they'd let me know about it by the end of the day. But Friday, Saturday, and Monday passed, and I heard nothing from them. I got a call on Tuesday where they let me they'd call back again in a couple days for a full update on what was going on. Then two days later I asked what's going on with the vehicle, and they gave me a brief history of the work they had been doing with it. I just wish they had kept me more well informed in terms of the time frame, but overall, the work they did was good. more

The service with Budget Transmission Center has been pretty good. I've been with them for a while now, and I recommend them to so many people. I've even brought a few in. Never had any bad experiences with them. They're pretty good people. They're easy to get along with, unlike most places. They are just easy to talk to, and they're pretty friendly people with good personalities. more

Budget was very reasonable 5/1/2012

I am not from CT, I am only here for school, and I had to have my car towed to budget after it refused to start for me. I was told that my car would probably need new parts and that would be expensive. The people at Budget double checked everything and were able to find out that the problem was with a loose wire and they were able to fix that for me in a reasonable time frame. Other places that I have gone to have charged me an arm and a leg for working on my car (even if they couldn't find the problem). Budget was very reasonable and I am very impressed that they did all of the work that they did. I am very satisfied with the job that they did for me. more

Everything was okay. 1/17/2012

Everything was okay but there was a leak in the transmission that they were not able to fix. I brought the car back two times, but the leak was never fully fixed. Due to that, I ended up selling the car. more

This is my second transmission they have fixed for me. I have no complaints with Budget Transmission Center. They have good customer service. I have already started recommending them to others. At the end of the day I have nothing bad to say. more

They have been fabulous! 10/18/2011

Budget Transmission Center gets a 6 for service. I recommend them all the time. They have been fabulous with me! I had two transmissions rebuilt by them. One of the rebuilds had a problem with the torque converter failing about two weeks after I had gotten the car back, but they took care of it without a problem. Since then, both transmissions have been operating very well, and I haven't had any issues with them. more

Exemplary!! 10/17/2011

I had hurricane damage, with hitting debris, and Budget Transmission Center took care of it. Sammy and Ray went up and beyond in customer service! I called around and the Budget Transmission Center was the only one that was openly available to answer any questions and explain things to me. Go there, you won't be disappointed! more
