I've been using Budget Transmission for a couple years. I first went there for some differential work, then a while later I had some trouble with the transmission. I went back, and they worked on the transmission. I am really happy with it.
Sammy, and his crew, stand behind the product. He makes sure that everyone working there is really, really nice. They make sure to cross their Ts and dot their Is. Sammy is great. He bent over backwards for us, all the mechanics did.
Before I took the transmission to Sammy I was taking it somewhere else. They could never fixed it, and I had to keep bringing it back. The light kept going on, and the transmission was doing the same thing. I went to Sammy, and Sammy fixed it. I wasn't comfortable with the other shop, but we are comfortable with Budget Transmission. We are comfortable to the point of joking, because they are nice people.
Sometimes the parts don't come in for awhile, but when they get the parts, they go to work and it's good. I understand that I have to wait, and that it is not their fault. My job was a mechanic too, so I understand about people fixing cars, and I had patience.
It works great now, and my wife drives it. She used to always tell me to junk it and refused to drive it, but now she likes it. She calls it her car. It is running great, and we are very happy with it. Though I lost the car to my wife, I am happy with everything I got.
