I came all the way from Virginia to purchase an engagement ring from Joe Bucci, and it was well, well worth it. My roommate 10 years ago asked me to be his "wingman" during ring shopping, and he bought from Bucci after doing ALOT of research. The experience was so positive for him that I recommended 2 other friends over the past years, including my best man, and they all bought from Bucci. Finally it was my turn, and I knew that Bucci would be the only place for me. Unbelievably, after all these years, he actually remembered me when I walked into the store. Talk about unbelievable customer service! His price is unbeatable, his quality is tremendous, and he offers a straight forward, no-nonsense approach. As a guy who is not into jewelry, the thought of going to some gaudy store with someone pushing a ring that I could not afford scared me.
