Beware 1/10/2012

Very disappointing experience. I recently bought a car here and I do NOT recommend this dealership. The salesperson told me that the car was in great shape, and that it has been previously owned by another salesperson there who had done all the scheduled maintenance and oil changes etc. A few days after I bought it I noticed that they hadn't even done an oil change, all the fluids were low, and a light was out. (To be fair, when I called to let them know, they reimbursed me for the oil change, but it was frustrating to have to do that a week after buying a car.) Pros: null Cons: null more

Turstworthy Service Department! 10/19/2011

I completely trust the techs at Biddle! I have taken my car there several times for scheduled maintenance but last week it was for something else. My Impala died on the freeway so I had to have it towed. I called Biddle and they helped me with all the arrangements with Rainbow Towing. I didn't have an appt but they were able to work it in fairly quickly cause that's the only car I have so I had to miss work. They found what had gone wrong and it was going to cost $1200 to replace. After a long conversation with Dave in Service and the tech working on it, I think his name was Brandon, they figured out a way to fix the problem instead of having to replace the part. The next day their shuttle came and picked me up, the bill was only $178 and my car is running perfectly! I would not take my car anywhere else! Biddle is honest and helpful. more

ONE-OF-A-KIND FAMILY BUSINESS!!! 10/9/2011

Remember back in the good old days when car salesmen were trustworthy and going to the dealership was a fun and exciting experience? Well most would say those times are long gone, unless you go down to Brooks Biddle! It reminded me of the way family businesses used to be! Honest, caring, respectable, classy, and an all-around exceptional business. I bought a Volvo there in August and my experience was superb! I fell in love with the employees at Biddle and I love my new car. Should I find myself in the market for another vehicle anytime in the future, I will definitely be going back to Brooks Biddle, as should you!!! more

Best Dealer in the Northwest! 10/3/2011

We just bought a Tundra from Biddle and love our truck! The Sales Dept was very helpful and made our buying experience a pleasant one. They gave us the vehicle history information, as well as the original owners manual and original MSRP printout. They also had the Service Dept do a full detail and a thorough multi-point inspection prior to delivery. We definitely feel the employees at Biddle are honest, trustworthy, and truly care about their customers! Our overall experience was great and we will be a return customer the next time we want to purchase a vehicle! more

DON'T BUY A CAR ANYWHERE ELSE! 9/30/2011

If you have ever bought a car you know the horrible wheel-n-deal with pushy salesmen for hours on end. Well not at Brooks Biddle! Buying a car here was the easiest thing I've ever done! I was looking for a newer AWD SUV with all the extras. I checked out their website which allows you to search their inventory based off of criteria and price range, and they had 4 different ones that I liked! I made an appt to go see all of them on a Sat afternoon and after some inquiring and a couple test drives I found the perfect one! We then did all the paperwork and drove it home less than 2 1/2 hours later. I was amazed by the ease of the transaction and how easy going the sales people were. They were nice, professional, helpful, and knowledgable. My husband and I will definitely be back to do business here again! more

It was time for me to trade in my wonderful old SUV for a smaller car with more zip as I was not hauling around children anymore. I did a lot of homework and read lots of reviews on vehicles so I knew about the local market and prices as I scanned craigslist. I did my own research about blue book values on both the cars I was wanting to purchase and the trade-in value of my own vehicle. I called Biddle and NORM answered the phone. He was VERY PLEASANT, knew which car I was referring to from craigslist, and called me later that afternoon with info/estimates about my trade-in. My husband and I took a test-drive with the car on the next Saturday morning and Norm was exactly the kind of salesman we like to deal with: informative, but not intrusive, and very fair. We did the normal haggling back and forth for a short time, and I believe we both came out with fair prices (for the car purchased and the trade-in) in the end. We found Norm to be professional and knowledgeable and I was impressed when he called a week later to follow-up to see how we were enjoying the car. (We love it!) more

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! 9/19/2011

I have visited Brooks Biddle several times and I'm always impressed with the exceptional customer service! I bought a car there last year and have been bringing it to the Service Department ever since. They're not like the big dealers that you buy a car from and two days later they don't even remember your name or anything about you. The employees at Biddle really take the time to get to know you and treat you like a friend! Even the owner John Biddle introduced himself the day I bought my Camry and he still remembers who I am!!! That's the reason I'm writing this review and giving them 5 stars! I had an oil change last week and John sat and talked to me for 20 minutes. That's what you get with a family owned and operated business! I definitely recommend everyone to do business at Brooks Biddle!!! more

BEST PLACE TO BUY A CAR!!! 8/27/2011

My brother bought a truck from Biddle a year ago and said it was the best "car buying experience" he had ever had. So of course when it was my turn to trade in my 2001 Camry for a newer car, I went to Biddle. They had a great selections of cars right in my price range and I found a 2010 Nissan Altima fully loaded! I love my new car!! The staff at Biddle was so friendly and easy-going. I'm pretty sure my family is becoming a regular customer! I will be visiting their Service Department now for all my maintenance needs. more

Just a Good place to buy a car! 8/20/2011

Great experience from start to finish! Last week I bought a new Forester from David Lee, Sales Guy, and had a great experience from start to finish. Now I plan to use their service department as well. David and his Sales Manager treated me like a VIP from the minute I walked into the dealership. I did my research using Consumer Reports and feel like I was able to negotiate a good sales price in less than 24 hours. more

My Experience with Brooks Biddle was superb on pretty much every level. However, I could be a little biased and think this is true because a sales representative can truly make that difference; and insure you are satisfied with the your purchasing decision. Kevin definitely created that exceptional experience and made car buying simple and hassle free. Kevinis the sales representative to come and see as he is above all patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely a kind sales rep. He spends not only all the time in the world to answer any questions but literally walks you through the entire car processing agenda and addresses any issues or concerns. Overall, I was also impressed by the warm and friendly staff and the entire process. Would definitely recommend! more

I showed up at Brooks Biddle in Bothell for service without an appointment. Even though i showed up without an appointment they still changed my oil. On top of that i got a free car wash! Overall I was very happy with the service and work. Keep up the good work!!!! more

From the night that I pulled onto your lot just to look.......to the time I drove off of your lot with my new car, everything was absolutely remarkable. I've experienced car-buying many times and this time my experience was "BY FAR" the most pleasant and simple. I told David what I wanted, he showed me cars and explained everthing I asked. He took me into the showroom to introduce me to Dan who was also very nice and answered every question I had as well. Dan gave me prices for what I wanted to compare and made it very simple to finalize my choice. I told them both that I would talk to my husband and we would make a decision rather quickly maybe not that night or the next day but very soon. David followed up with me the next day and asked if I had any questions...........we had made our decision at that point and I went to the dealership to make the purchase. more

Great service shop! 6/25/2011

Took my Tahoe in for grinding brakes and was told by one place nearly 1000 after tax to get both front and rear done. Biddle came in at 500 and they work great now with no grindy odd noise! Thank you more

Great Sales Department! We just moved to the area and purchased a Rav4 from the sales department. Allan was friendly and didn't pressure us at all. He gave us a ton of information about caring for your car to make it last longer and save money. See him! Another sales rep, Mike, sat nearby and was nice too. more

Out the door for under trade in book value! 6/20/2011

Couldn't beleive the deal they had going. Just bought my truck that cheap from them ( less than trade in value with tax and lic incl) and it is good condition with a clean history report! Just havn't seen a dealer selling cars that cheap so figured I'd put it on here! more

I just wanted to write a quick note because this dealer gave me great customer service. I bought a vehicle there a couple months ago and it was good experience. The salesmen were friendly and not pushy. The internet guys actually gave me helpful info. I say it that way because none of the other dealers internet guys seem to know anything. I even thought the F and I manager was very kind and not to cut throut. Anyways just wanted to say thanks and hope this will help others pick Brooks Biddle Automotive. Its a good place. more

Well taken car of! Good Deal! 5/29/2011

Went in to look at a Mustang they just got in that still had a couple issues to be taken care of. They put it to the front of the line for the shop and had the new brake pads and detail completed while I waited there and was driving my new car all ready to go that day instead of waiting to get it or bring it back. Very impressed and this was by far the best price around! more
