Good dealer on Eastside 5/27/2011

Was a pretty clean place that had very competitive pricing. Figured I would wait a few weeks to write a review to know if I got a good car. So far no issues and smooth sailing. No too much I could have asked for differently but did'nt quite want to go 5 stars, would def suggest them if you are in the market tho. more

Good Customer service 5/27/2011

My dad is pretty hard to deal with but I sent him over to Brooks Biddle cause I have worked with them before and all the guys over there are nice. He bought a Silverado and totally picked it apart but the guys there hung in and delt with his attuide. After the transaction he told the F and I guy thank you for putting up with him. So I just wanted to say thanks to Brooks Biddle Automotive for putting up with my father hahaha more

Nice sales person, good deal 5/7/2011

Had a pleasant experience over at Biddle when purchasing my Lexus from them. Got a deal thousands below the book value and had a nice sales man to dela with that wasn't too pushy. I'd reccomend them doesn't seem like many dealers are easy liek this one more

Very Impressed, wasn't there 4 hours! 3/30/2011

So I called up to this place after shopping a little closer to my place and verified the truck was still there before I drove up. They checked on it and called me back shortly. Getting there the vehicle was clean and in good shape. I was kinda suprised by that as the ad price was about 2k less than I had NEGOTIATED the more local dealer down to. The trade value was within 300(actually a little less) but the difference between my trade and the new truck was still more than 1500 better. It was nice not having to bicker so much to get a good deal, a dealer that does it right! more

I have been taking my vehicles for years to there service dept. Dave and Chris are good guys. They have been working with me and my whole family for a long time. I like it because its a family own dealer and has very nice people that work there. more

Friendly place, I'd go back 3/25/2011

Very friendly easy going place, even have popcorn on the showroom! Haven't been to a dealer to buy a car in a while but finally gave in to a Wrangler I found craigslist at Brooks Biddle. They had a good price and made things easy. more

Low prices but not very negotiable 3/18/2011

Good on line pricing but not very negotiable. It was the best asking price I could find in the area so I went ahead with the purchase. Got $250 off the price and am very happy with the 4Runner now and will consider them in the future. more

Nice service department 3/12/2011

Good service departmen. Ive been taking my car there for maintance for a long time. They are all good guys there. I have never had any issues or problems with the biddle guys. Just wanted to pass on a good review to a service dept that does good work. more

Great selection and super low prices 3/10/2011

Went down to look at a couple trucks I liked on autotrader at their lot and was suprised that the vehicles checked out so well for being 3-4k less than some similar trucks that were on autotrader as well. Financed through them and got a good rate and a payment $20 less than what I hoped, I couldn't say no. I am now the happy owner of an 06 Silverado and will probabaly give the service side a try when I need work done. I chatted with the service guys before leaving and they were impressed with them as well. Nice to find a good car dealer! more

Easy Buying Experience 3/5/2011

I found a vehicle on their website and called in and spoke with Allan. He was very helpful and told me about the vehicle. I went down there and they made it a very fun experience and even gave me more then what KBB said my car was worth! Thanks Biddle more

SELLING DAMAGED CARS! 2/10/2011

These people are cons they buy cars at auctions that have damage so they can sell them so cheap. I just spent 16,000 on a car with a bent frame for them to tell me that they did not know about it. I pulled a report not a (Carfax because I found out those are worthless). The one owner car they sold me had gone through 15 or so auctions and at the auctions was announced it had a bent frame. I will be seeking legal advice. more

Great service!! 5/17/2010

I have bought all my vehicles from biddle and plan to keep going back. I moved to california last year and still bought my last vehicle from them. All the paper work was sent by fedex and all I had to do is pick it up. Easy process and would recommend them to everyone! Pros: Great customer service, frendly, family type business Cons: no issues more

Great Customer Service 9/3/2009

Went to Biddle Chevrolet after I spoke with their internet dept about 2 vehicles. The sales person was very nice and took a lot of time with me to show me both vehicles. There was alot of customers but they still spent the effort on me and I ended up purchasing. Thanks Biddle for an easy transaction!! I think it was the first time I had fun buying a car! Horrible Online Sales Service 7/28/2009

I disclosed that I was purchasing the car at sticker price, sight unseen from out of state. They did not disclose that there was an out of state processing fee until my credit was already ran and I refused to wire them money to "hold" the car for two business days. This is blatant scenario of high pressure sales and dishonest, unfair credit lending practices. Pros: None Cons: Dishonest-High Pressure Sales more
