My Experience with Brooks Biddle was superb on pretty much every level. However, I could be a little biased and think this is true because a sales representative can truly make that difference; and insure you are satisfied with the your purchasing decision. Kevin definitely created that exceptional experience and made car buying simple and hassle free. Kevinis the sales representative to come and see as he is above all patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely a kind sales rep. He spends not only all the time in the world to answer any questions but literally walks you through the entire car processing agenda and addresses any issues or concerns. Overall, I was also impressed by the warm and friendly staff and the entire process. Would definitely recommend!
