I have visited Brooks Biddle several times and I'm always impressed with the exceptional customer service! I bought a car there last year and have been bringing it to the Service Department ever since. They're not like the big dealers that you buy a car from and two days later they don't even remember your name or anything about you. The employees at Biddle really take the time to get to know you and treat you like a friend! Even the owner John Biddle introduced himself the day I bought my Camry and he still remembers who I am!!! That's the reason I'm writing this review and giving them 5 stars! I had an oil change last week and John sat and talked to me for 20 minutes. That's what you get with a family owned and operated business! I definitely recommend everyone to do business at Brooks Biddle!!!
