High quality Parrot food 7/19/2010

Staff are friendly and helpful. I like the fact that you carry High Quality food for Parrots and are able to order larger sizes for those of us who need them. Petco is wondering where my business went for they don't carry any high quality parrot food. more

The service is allways very friendly and helpful. the store suplplies are great too. And I have to mention Marco the groomer. He is the main reason I go there. He is the most competent, skilled and friendly groomer I have ever encountered! And Tommy, my beloved cat, totally agrees! I don't know how he does it but he is able to put the pet and the pet owner at ease... he is amazing! Thanks for being there! never move! Best, Anabela more

Excellent service 10/8/2009

I feel secure in leaving my dog with you for day care. I know she will be safe and protected. That is very important to me as I have had bad experiences with dog walkers in the past. The staff is friendly and clearly loves being around the dogs. Thank you for your excellent service! more

Good local dog daycare and store. 8/18/2009

This place has a good amount of pet accessories and organic foods. It also has a dog day care area if you want to leave your dog there for the day. It's a good area pet store if you can't get to a large one like Petco. more

Overpriced, Horrible selection and unfair business practices 7/19/2009

I purchased a collar and was old I could return it if it didn't fit. I was not told until i returned the collar that I could not receive a cash refund. So now I have store credit to a horrible little store that doesn't have what I need. They should notify the customers about the return policy with a sign or by verbally telling them before they purchase any item. more

Everything your pet would ever want! 6/20/2009

Dropped by a few days ago, and although I don't live in the area, I will be back. The place had everything your pet would ever want (including all sorts of good, organic, raw foods!), and is equipped to groom, clean, and watch your dog at doggy day care! more

Great puppy styling 4/19/2009

I have only taken my dog once but I dropped her off looking like a gray ball of fluff and when I picked her up she was a for-real Schnauzer! She seemed happy to hang out there and the staff seemed to really love working with dogs. They are also the only place nearby that stocks her favorite line of toys. more

Grooming Service and Doggie Daycare 10/7/2008

My dog has only been once, but the service was good and they did a very good cut. The daycare seems great and very reasonable. The staff is friendly and really takes care of the dogs. You can also sign up for different amounts of time for daycare which makes it great for people with changing schedules. I suggest checking it out! more
