Being new to the area with 3 dogs, trust me when I say I so wanted to love this place or at least, like it. I had such a bad experience with the actual grooming. The place is nice, small and crowded but it looked clean. Everything was good until I picked up my shih tzu. His hair was cut unevenly and his face looked like it had been cut by a 4 year old with a pair of construction paper scissors. It was the worst haircut he had ever received. In addition she cut the hair on his feet so short he hasn't stopped licking his feet for 2 days. To top it all off, I sent them an e mail which remains unresponded to. Stay away!
