Imformative staff 11/29/2010

I am mainly there for the puppy class that meets downstairs, however I always end up making purchases, i.e. leashes, collars, deodorizer, food. I have found staff very informative when I ask for suggestions or advice regarding my dog. They take their time with customers and invite inquiry and dialogue. more

It cannot be beat! 11/23/2010

They absolutely adore my dog there--not that they don't like all the dogs, but mine is a staff favorite, so maybe she gets some preferential treatment...but I have had no problems here. Zoe comes home exhausted, and they give her food and water and take her out for potty all day long while she has a blast. For the price and location, it cannot be beat. more

The lady that helped me out was awesome. This is our first dog and she was not only informative but kind and very interactive. We have already taken our dog to get washed and have made more purchases from Brookline Dog Grooming since that 1st visit. more

I have always had a very good experience with your employees. There is one very thin young lady who insists on helping to carry my things to the car who is particularly delightful, but everyone had always been friendly and helpful! more

I was amazed 9/27/2010

I LOVE this place!!! After moving to Boston, I was looking for a good groomer to take my two Mini Schnauzers to...and thus I came across Brookline Dog Grooming. I walked in and was amazed with the selection of foods, toys and treat initially...then after turning my dogs over to the sweet as can be staff I left and ran some errands. I received a polite phone call when the two guys were ready and I went to fetch them. more

The staff is freidnly, attentive and knowedgable. Their ability to manage the dogs truly engenders respect and confidence. During the years, we have been treated curteously and efficiently, and our pets have been remembered from past visits. All adds to a positive experience. more

My dog is a labradoodle who is very shy and afraid of blow dryers and such things. Nonetheless, her grooming has been superb----3 visits. You adjust to her personality and never complain about her behavior. I have a sense that each dog is important to the individuals who are working there. Finally, hats off to Marco for his excellence! more
