I have always had a very good experience with your employees. There is one very thin,young lady who insists on helping to carry my things to the car who is particularly delightful, but everyone has always been friendly and helpful. - B. Badger more

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Groomers do a great job on our dogs despite their tangles and other "problems" (one's old, other a yelper.) I always have a good experience. - Brahmhenry more

the lady that helped me out was awesome. this is our first dog and she not only was informative but kind and very interactive. we have already taken our dog to get washed and have made more purchases from brookline grooming since then.- Asad more

Dropped by a few days ago, and although I don't live in the area, I will be back. The place had everything your pet would ever want (including all sorts of good, organic, raw foods!), and is equipped to groom, clean, and watch your dog at doggy day care!- Ivonne M. more

Open 7 days a week!! 12/17/2009

Kassidy always races to get into the door at Brookline Dog Grooming. It seems that she has a good time there and we know that she is safe. Being open 7 days a week is certainly a plus! Even though Kassidy's bark isn't the easiest on the ears, the staff is good humored about it! more

Most of the time I'm happy to shop here for the last three years, but there have been a few times where I felt disappointed. Overall the employees show an effort and enthusiasm about what they do, which is all anyone can ask for, it's a demanding occupation. Pet owners are nuts. more

Everything was great 11/15/2009

My dogs always look so great when they come home. The staff are skilled, professional, friendly and they clearly care about dogs. My dogs don't even seem to mind coming to the Continental even though it is well-known that even though they love to swim, they generally hate baths! Thanks for everything! Pam R. more

The service is allways very friendly and helpful. the store suplplies are great too. And I have to mention Marco the groomer. He is the main reason I go there. He is the most competent, skilled and friendly groomer I have ever encountered! And Tommy, my beloved cat, totally agrees! I don't know how he does it but he is able to put the pet and the pet owner at ease... he is amazing! Thanks for being there! never move! Best, Anabela more
