The first rate service I received at Broadway Ford was a breath of fresh air! Tyrel was very professional and friendly as well as the cashier. He went out of his way to come to my car and get my VIN number for me and make sure that I was getting the right parts. It made me feel much more comfortable ordering the part knowing that we were getting the right thing. I don't work on cars so I wouldn't really know what is needed. But he assured me we had the right piece and sure enough when it showed up it fit perfectly and was the appropriate color. more

I was looking for a bumber for my 1996 Ford. I couldn't find anything for it in local salvage yards but when I checked at Broadway Ford, Tyrel got me a price on an aftermarket one that was very reasonable (Ford's wasn't available anymore). I got my bumper and installed it myself much to my satisfaction. I just want to say thank you to Tyrel for the good price and quick delivery of my bumper! more

I was fixing my steering column on my 97' F250 and needed a few parts. I got a diagram off the Mitchell website and came into Broadway Ford. They didn't stock one of the parts I needed but Tyrel helped me find them out of Salt Lake for the next day so I could get my vehicle running in short order. I appreciate him taking the time to locate the parts rather than the 3 working days it would have taken to come from Tennessee. more

Somebody took off our drivers mirror on a one-way street. I took the car into the dealership to see what needed to be replaced and Tyrell came out to our vehicle and confirmed that we needed the whole mirror assembly and assured me that it would come with everything we would need have it fixed. My wife was leaving on a trip the coming Saturday and we needed it fixed by then if possible. He checked the where the part was at and made sure it would be here in a reasonable time and then walked me back to the service department to set up an appointment with the gentleman there, who was also very professional. The parts were expected Thursday and the service appointment was set for Friday. We got a call from Tyrell on Thursday and the appointment went smoothly Friday. I appreciate everything the wonderful people at Broadway Ford did to make sure my wife had a safe trip that weekend! more

We were pretty upset and distressed when we lost the keys to our 1995 Ford. We were in town for the day from Jackson and had been out at lunch at Olive Garden so Broadway Ford was just a short walk away. When we came into the dealership we were informed that Ford only provided access to the key codes for ten years prior and 1995 wasn't available anymore. We had looked everywhere for our keys inside the restaurant and out, but couldn't find them anywhere. Tyrel in the parts department was a polite young man and I'm sure he could tell that we were upset. He offered to get us in touch with a locksmith to cut the key from our door cylinder. He sold us the correct keys that the locksmith would need and set up the appointment within half an hour. We were so grateful for the help that he provided for us the keys and basically everything he did to make sure we were taken care of. That's true customer service! more

Broadway Ford has a very professional feel with a friendly atmosphere. I was having troubles with my car and went into the the dealership to see if I could get some help programming a lock/unlock remote for my taurus I had recently bought online. Terrell was very friendly and offered to do it for me for free. He was very polite and the whole process took about 2 mintues. Thanks for your kindness and good attitude! more

The customer service I received at Broadway Ford was exceptional!\r I called looking for floor mats for a 1994 Explorer. Tyrel in parts\r informed me that Ford Motor Company no longer produced floor mats for\r that year, but there were other options we could consider. I really wanted\r Ford brand because I've read online that floor mats made in china and\r other countries like that have a terrible odor and are not even worth\r putting in your vehicle. He took my name and number and told me he would\r get me the information I needed. Ten minutes later he called me back and\r gave me a price on the floor mats(which was a very reasonable price!) and \r gave the brand(Husky) and assured me that they were manufactured right here\r in the states. I received my mats and am very happy with the professional \r and polite way he dealt with me. I would happily recommend Tyrel to anybody\r looking for parts and accessories for their vehicle. He also informed me\r he can even get parts and accessories for non-ford vehicles. Overall I was \r very impressed! more

Broadway Ford is the place to go for Ford parts. The staff members there are friendly and helpful. Tyrel, who helped me, was especially professional and polite. He got me the glass for my rear-view mirror and even gave me a call when it arrived! I really appreciate the type of service I recieved! more

Tyrel at Broadway Ford was extremely helpful to me. I needed a cargo cover for my 07 Mariner. Someone else ordered the part in and it appeared to be wrong. I talked to Tyrel and we got the right part ordered. When that part came in, it still appeared to be wrong. The back piece where it connected to the vehicle was too short. We double checked and it was the right part number. Tyrel put in a request to Ford Motor Company and they sent me a cargo cover that wasn't defective! I was so pleased with the effort he took to ensure that I got what I wanted. I'm very happy with my cargo cover and would like to recommend Tyrel to others! more

Would deal with them again. Felt they were open and honest about the deal. No problems. Utilized 2 in and out trades. Went well. Ordered from the factory. Only comment is I would go over what is not included as well as what was included. Love my new F-150. Salesman Tim Leverton. more
