The customer service I received at Broadway Ford was exceptional!\r
I called looking for floor mats for a 1994 Explorer. Tyrel in parts\r
informed me that Ford Motor Company no longer produced floor mats for\r
that year, but there were other options we could consider. I really wanted\r
Ford brand because I've read online that floor mats made in china and\r
other countries like that have a terrible odor and are not even worth\r
putting in your vehicle. He took my name and number and told me he would\r
get me the information I needed. Ten minutes later he called me back and\r
gave me a price on the floor mats(which was a very reasonable price!) and \r
gave the brand(Husky) and assured me that they were manufactured right here\r
in the states. I received my mats and am very happy with the professional \r
and polite way he dealt with me. I would happily recommend Tyrel to anybody\r
looking for parts and accessories for their vehicle. He also informed me\r
he can even get parts and accessories for non-ford vehicles. Overall I was \r
very impressed!
