My order was Fast, easy and the cheapest on the net. I searched and searched in an attempt to find a cheaper price to price match to but could not find any cheaper. You cant beat no sales tax or shipping fees. They also have great communication. When ordering, the sales rep confirmed that all tile was in stock and estimated the delivery time (which was spot on). I also received a copy of my order via email. My shipping was EXACTLY as described and delivered during the time and day we agreed upon (8-10am). The shipper also gave me a call the Friday before to confirm that the time worked for me and then called again the morning of delivery for a heads up. From start to finish I had my order (wood look tile) within a week. I could not ask for better service.
On a side note, if you order the wood look tile I recommend that you get samples of the tile first. There is a huge difference in the tile (from look and feel to durability) and samples look a lot different in person. I was glad that I had samples before ordering. I am extremely happy with my order and it looks amazing installed. We get the same look of wood but the durability of tile (for the dogs and children).
