I've had bad experiences with cars before, people would take advantage of me being female. I was very skeptical, when cars are in the shop people have a tendency to fix other things than what's actually wrong. My nephew, Quentin, highly recommended Cort Auto Body to me because he was a former employee there. The people at Cort were very nice, very qualified and I was very happy with their work. It was a new experience for me, they update their website with the status of your car so you can see what's being done online. Satisfied with the work 8/9/2012

Cort Auto Body replaced a front side panel on my car. The work was good. My only problem was the price. I was charged $200 more than the estimate. Also, I didn't like that someone was using my radio while they had my car. I programmed the stations that I like on my radio and when I got my car back I found that they had been changed. more

Cort Auto Body is very caring, and they took good care of me. I'm a senior citizen, an older person, so they were concerned about me getting home and helped me find a rental car. It was an excellent experience, minus the fact that I had an accident. I think they had wonderful communication and were very conscientious. Mike, who did the estimate, and the woman at the counter, whose name I cant remember, were very wonderful. I have nothing but praise for them. I think USAA out to keep them on hand and keep recommending them to people. more

Outstanding quality and professional service 7/19/2012

Though the overall repair time was slower than I would have liked, Cort kept me informed every step of the way and delivered it only a day later than originally estimated. I especially liked the web interface that gave regular status updates on the repair progress. more

I have taken my son's car to Cort Auto Body a couple times. They're efficient, responsive, and the ladies in the office are always very friendly and responsive. The guy that did our estimate worked with us on getting what we want. He was not real friendly, but he was efficient. The only complaint I have, and it's not one that makes me angry, is that they were giving us dates about when they would be done, and as of last Thursday they said they were still targeting a Friday completion. Since it didn't get done until Tuesday, I think they could improve upon setting expectations on when the car will be completed. I know there are things that come up like waiting on parts, but that's part of their business and how things get done. more

My experience with Cort Auto Body was wonderful. I've experienced other auto shops where things have not been so smooth. I was completely satisfied. They were very prompt and what they said would happen did. They were able to make all the arrangements in order to get my repaired. Overall, the service was great. They called to let me know what was going on, and when I'd be able to get my car back. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to deal with. When I got my car back it was nice and clean, other places don't bother to do that for their customers. I would definitely go back there again, and I would highly recommend them to my friends. more

I took my car, Nissan Altima 2009, to them for repair of the damage to the roof caused by the rolling shutter to my garage which got stuck when I was entering the garage. Over the last 30 years unfortunitly I have had to use an autobody shop more than I would like. But over the last 8 years sinse moving to this area I have used Cort Auto Body and they have been by far the easiet and most professional Body shop to deal with. more

Awesome customer service 4/16/2012

The last think anyone expects is to be involved in a car wreck. Cort Auto Body understands this and provided me with complete explanations for the entire process, daily photo diary and phone updates every other day. Everyone was pleasant throughout the entire process. When I got my car back "ahead of schedule", I was very pleased with the repairs. Everything exceeded my expectations! Thank you more

Overall I had a good experience with Cort. I had gotten several estimates to fix small dents and dings on my 2005 Honda Odyssey. Because I didn't want to go through insurance, I found the prices too high. I did however have them tighten the passenger side door from a previous repair made by a different autobody years ago. It was not as flush as I had hoped, but it keeps the water out when it rains. I did have an annoying experience in the waiting area when I dropped off the car and was waiting for the rental car pickup service. My 5 year son was quietly sitting next to me playing his nintendo. While you could hear the sound of the game, it was not overly loud or disturbing. After a couple of minutes, a young woman appeared from the door near the coffee machine and rudely asked that he turn it off because she had to make some calls. I was surprised by this because I could hear loud hammering and work being done and the noise we were emitting was barely heard over that noise. After I turned the volume off, I never heard her through the wall make any calls. Overall that experience turned me off. more

The work performed was excellent. The staff kept me updated as to the progress being made on my car. The feature of posting pictures of the vehicle at the end of each day is nice too. You can actually see the progress being made. more
