Keeps you informed about your vehicles being repaired!! 4/6/2012

Cort Auto Body keeps you informed about your vehicles being repaired. On the internet, you type in your document number, and you see what progress being made, including what parts are ordered, when the vehicle is going to be repaired, and a photograph. I had a front collision so Cort Auto Body replaced the bumper and hood. I don't know the prices because my insurance pays. My insurance recommended I go to Cort Auto Body. I paid the deductible, so there was minimal paperwork. There was a hiccup when I picked it up, but I went back the next day and it was fixed! more

OKAY 4/3/2012

THE CAR WAS REPAIRED WITH EXCELLENT CRAFTMENSHIP. HOWEVER BOTH FRONT SEATS WERE MOVED, THE RADIO WAS ON ANOTHER STATION, A TWELVE INCH BLOND HAIR WAS HANGING FROM THE INSIDE ROOF CONTROLS AND 6 MILES HAD BEEN ADDED TO THE ODOMETER. ALL THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN NECESSARY TO REPLACE A REAR BUMPER. more

Friendly and super reliable 3/16/2012

My friend's car got hit and Cort Auto Body was recommended to her by their insurance. There was a lot of work to be done on her car but they actually had it done a week earlier than they had originally estimated. A few days later the car had a bit of a squeak and they brought it in and took care of it with no questions asked, right away. The staff are very courteous and polite and I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

My insurance got me in contact with Cort Auto Body because it was the closest to my home. They are ok. After an accident they changed the bumper. Also, my door used to be automatic but now it doesn't always open completely. more

An excellent experience all the way around! 3/5/2012

I picked up my car on a rainy morning and wasn't feeling well so just got in the car to drive home after briefly looking at the repair work. As I was driving I noticed that something was different and it took me a few minutes to figure it out...my sun visor that had been broken for over a year was fixed! It had nothing to do with the repair work and it was fixed!!! This just adds to the overall experience...the repair work is great, the inside of the car is clean and honestly, it looks better than it has in a long time. My hubcaps are now shining! They kept me informed at every step along the way and kept to their promised time frame. They contacted the car rental company to come get me and let me know they would also drop me off when my car was ready. I am very impressed with the quality of work and the level of service Cort provides! more

The completion of work was two days late as promised but I was not completely informed with the status, I have to keep calling to follow up. more

This was the first time that I have gone to Cort Auto Body. My insurance company sent me to them. I can trust my insurance company because I have been with them for over 50 years. They replaced a front end grill and bumper, and it took about 5 days. The work was satisfactory. more

My experience with Cort Auto Body was good. Another car had backed up into my car and the back bumper was gone. Cort Auto Body gave me the date, and I dropped off my car. I went to pick it up and it was all done! Go for Cort Auto Body! more

Cort Auto Body were very good to work with. They got my car over there right away. They told me about how long it would take with ordering the parts and the service. They kept me in the loop while they worked. They called me periodically to let me know when the parts had been ordered and when they would arrive and when the work would be done. Tamara Darbins more

This is the third car that Cort Auto Body has repaired for me. They have always done excellent work. I don't even have to deal with my insurance company, they do that for me. I just drop off the car and pick it up when it is done. more

Work completed by projected date, photos very reassuring as to progress of repair 1/5/2012

I found myself looking forward to the daily photos and progress reports on the repairs. I hope to not need any further repairs in the future but, if we do, we will choose Cort to do those repairs! more
