When you buy a new vehicle, you are proud to show it to your family and friends...and this held very true in my case...Until (after only 583.2 miles on my odometer). Needless to say, I was sick to my stomach about this incident and put my vehicle in the garage, until Mike Shea was able to look at it for a repair estimate. The damage occurred when something flew up in the road, got caught in the wheel well, and spun out smacking the side of the passenger fender causing a disgusting and very noticable crease in the passenger front wheel well. Mike was kind and cordial with me and explained the entire process. I had already reported it to my insurance carrier and I found that Cort Auto Body is one of my insurance companys' acceptable vendors to send people to and utilize for any and all repairs. This was perfect! I scheduled the vehicle to be repaired on the following week and Mike said they would probably have it for 3 or 4 days. Well, on the 4th day, Cort Auto Body called me and said that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Therefore, I had my wife drop me off there the very next day. Words cannot explain how delighted that I was to see my vehicle. You cannot tell that anything had ever happened to it. There really are not enough stars above that could describe my experience with the entire staff at Cort Auto Body. By far, I must say (and I do) that they are THE BEST body shop I have ever dealt with bar none.
