I am very happy with the job that Cort Auto Body did for my car. They were great, updated pics every day, along with an email when I had ?'s. They even cleaned my entire car before I picked it up. When I got the car back from Cort Auto Body it had some spots inside of it on the upholstery that were not there before. My upholstery is a light color, a beige, and I had to do quite a bit of cleaning to get it out. It was quite a bit of work. My car was run through a ditch, so there was front end damage and damage underneath. It seems fine now. The quality of the job seems flawless. There a couple of missing pieces that I haven't got back from them, they are minor items, so I have to go get them added on. Overall they are satisfactory. I had another incident years ago, and they did the job then too, so I have no one to compare them to. However, the whole job was satisfactory, and I have no problem with that. E. Parker more

Cort Auto Body kept me abreast of everything going on. It was my first time using them, and I probably got a call twice a week from them unsolicited. They even brought me down to take a look and show me what they wanted to do. It was above the normal repair things. I am very satisfied. It was a big repair including the passenger door, the back quarter panel, and some structural damage as well. The car looks great. It is easy using Cort Auto Body. It was my second time using them, and they just had to replace my front fender. They are the preferred shop for my insurance, and also they did a nice job detailing my other vehicle when they returned it to me, so I decided to use them again. When they were finished everything looked great. It looks like new. more

Using Cort Auto Body was an overall great experience. There were a couple circumstances that were outside of their control, like the snow delaying me from getting the car there and their difficulty getting one of the replacement parts, that were drawbacks for me. Also, only being there until 5:30 for car pickup made it difficult for me. Other than that everything was fantastic, and it offset any little inconvenience I had. Cort Auto Body was highly professional and really great to deal with. They cleaned my car inside and out. It was a small repair, they replaced a bumper, but my car looks better than it has in awhile. I don't have any other experience with auto body shops, it was my first accident in more than 20 years, so I can't compare, but it was nice dealing with them. There were reminders and follow up calls, which I wasn't expecting from an auto body shop. more

The whole process was so much better than one would expect from an autobody shop. Not only was the work done on my car excellent, but the professionalism of the people with whom I inter-faced with was a nice experience. Mike Shea, who appraised the work needed for my car was excellent to work with. more

The front office staff was very professional and courteous. The body repairs were acceptable but light scratches in the clear coat in the body panels they repainted. While my vehicle was in their care it was damaged. They blamed the damage on me or the towing company even though photos proove it happened at their shop. more

When you buy a new vehicle, you are proud to show it to your family and friends...and this held very true in my case...Until (after only 583.2 miles on my odometer). Needless to say, I was sick to my stomach about this incident and put my vehicle in the garage, until Mike Shea was able to look at it for a repair estimate. The damage occurred when something flew up in the road, got caught in the wheel well, and spun out smacking the side of the passenger fender causing a disgusting and very noticable crease in the passenger front wheel well. Mike was kind and cordial with me and explained the entire process. I had already reported it to my insurance carrier and I found that Cort Auto Body is one of my insurance companys' acceptable vendors to send people to and utilize for any and all repairs. This was perfect! I scheduled the vehicle to be repaired on the following week and Mike said they would probably have it for 3 or 4 days. Well, on the 4th day, Cort Auto Body called me and said that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Therefore, I had my wife drop me off there the very next day. Words cannot explain how delighted that I was to see my vehicle. You cannot tell that anything had ever happened to it. There really are not enough stars above that could describe my experience with the entire staff at Cort Auto Body. Cort Auto Body is very professional. When I put the car in it comes out looking like I expected it would. That is why I keep going back to them. I have had to use them 3 times, and they would be the place I would go back to. The service is professional and fast. Last repair it even cost me less money than I had thought it would. more

Cort Auto Body did some minor body work after a small accident with my 2010 F150. They replaced some parts, and they actually did a little touch-up painting on a scratch that was not part of the job. They just did it. They also gave me some extra paint for future scratches. From the administrative side, they handled everything in terms of dealing with the insurance company and the rental company. The quality of the job was excellent and they did what they said they would do, which is all I could ask. I hope I never have to use them again, since that would require another accident, but if that were to happen, I would absolutely go back to them. more
