There was a dent in my trunk. Let me put it this way: as far as my experience with Cort Auto Body goes, the estimate was very competitive, and the amount of time it took to do the job came in right when they said it was going to be done, so it as done on time, on budget, and it was a professional job. I've got nothing but good things to say. more

Very professional shop. 8/9/2011

This was my first time going to Cort Auto Body. I was in an accident, and my insurance company recommended them. I thought they were excellent and the body repair work is fine. I had a very good experience there, and would go back if I have to, but hopefully I won't have to anytime soon! more

The people at Cort Auto were very willing to help. I was referred to them by my insurance company, who was actually recommended Cort Auto Body. It's not nice having your car held up for a while, but they did everything for me to put my mind at ease. Cort Auto Body repaired over a thousand dollars' worth of damages, which included a little bit of everything, from working on the sunroof, bumpers, hood, and other places. They are great at getting parts, and you can call anytime to check in on the progress. Cort Auto Body also kept their deadlines after stating the time frame in which they would complete the work. I would recommend Cort Auto Body very highly. Everyone is really friendly and they talk to you on a first-name basis. They call back to see how you are and to see if everything's okay. They work very well with the insurance company, which made the repair easier. If something isn't right, you just say it. But as for me, everything was fine. The communication among them, the insurance company, and myself was outstanding. I'm another customer that's well satisfied! more

An epic experience. 7/18/2011

I had hit a deer over memorial day weekend, and my insurance company directed me to Cort Auto Body. They allowed me to tow in the car that day, and on Tuesday they began working. Basically, they had to replace the entire front end. The repairs took about ten business days, and it was a very interactive process. Every day, Cort uploaded pictures of the progress of the repairs to their website. This feature was great--I really liked being able to see what they were doing in real time. They were also helpful when I dealt with them over the phone. In fact, the whole process was just smooth. They dealt directly with the insurance company, so I was taken out of that equation. The car looked great when I went to pick it up. The overall experience was very good. more

If I could rate Cort Auto Body higher, believe me I would! They are the best! My daughter and I both go there whenever something comes up. I 100 percent recommend them all the time. We've gone to them for about three years, and would never go anywhere else. It's easy to get an appointment within two days or less. They always do a good job. They came through with flying colors for us! 7/13/2011

Cort Auto Body were recommended to us by our insurance company so we decided that was a good idea and went there to get an estimate. We decided to have the work done there and it was started on the day they told us it would start, and it was completed almost exactly to the day they said it would be done. I love technology, and one of the things I really like about Cort Auto Body is that on their website you can get a visual on how the progress on your car is going and it's updated daily. So that eliminates having to call or go down to the shop, or the worry or stress of wondering how things are going. I think that's great. The work is great and everyone is friendly and professional. We would definitely go there again and highly recommend them to anybody! more

Cort Auto Body is easy to interact with, professional and timely. 5/12/2011

From the initial calling to make an appointment to the final picking up my repaired car, working with Cort Auto Body was great. The individual I interacted with over the phone, really worked with me to accommodate my schedule as efficiently as possible. When I took my car in to have the damage assessed, they were very professional and had a great interaction with New Jersey manufacturers. They also were really great about calling me with updates of the progress of my car. They were able to give me an adequate time of when my car would be ready, and it was ready when they said it would be. The entire process went so smoothly and was very easy to deal with. This was my first experience with Cort Auto Body. They were so patient with with me and took care of everything. They were so nice and helpful and walked me through the entire procedure. Good overall service. 5/2/2011

Cort Auto Body has already done two repairs for me. The first time they fixed the back end of my car after I was hit, and then the second time they repaired it after someone side swiped me while I was driving to work. The first time I received pretty good overall service, and because they were good I chose to use them again. I haven't had any problems with things they have fixed. The car looks good. Cort Auto Body is good, and I would recommend them because of the service I received. The only thing is that I wouldn't recommend taking the car to them on a holiday, because then they will have the vehicle longer. more

I went to Cort Auto Body and got an estimate. They also told me that my car would be done in two weeks, and they ended up having it finished in one week. Throughout the process, they communicated with me really well, and kept me up-to-date with the progress. I think they handled everything really well, and also dealt with my insurance which was nice. I never see anyone, so I just assumed it was the little night fairies who do all the great work on it! Kidding aside, the service provided is high quality. I couldn't believe everything they did for me! 4/18/2011

I am very happy with Cort Auto Body. They were very, very helpful. When they said they would do something, they did it. The appointments they set up were perfect too, and they didn't renege on anything. And the best surprise of all was when I got my car back and all fixed up, they had also washed and vacuumed it. I couldn't believe it! They even emptied out the trash bag I keep in the car! Another thing that I think is really cute about them is that if you give them your email address they will send you emails with pictures of your car as they work on it. This is the second time we've used them, and both times were wonderful. I have no complaint at all. The ladies in the office were very nice, and the man who met with me to do the actual estimate was a very nice man as well. He took his time to write down everything. It was wonderful! Cort Auto Body are very professional people. They do reasonably good work. I'm a new customer there. My one complaint is that they didn't get back to me when they said they would about a dent in my car. But I haven't had a chance to call them about it either to be fair. Eugene Drozdoff more
