I completely agree with the earlier review but would like to add that some of their doctors are careless beyond belief. I was misdiagnosed (the doctor apparently could not READ) and given a medication I should not have been taking. When I asked for a copy of the report, I could read what the doctor who analyzed my test results had written. It was NOT what the doctor had said. I called to ask how she reached a diagnosis different from that on the report and she had the nurse call me to tell me that the report was correct. She did not admit she was wrong but claimed that the lab sent two reports. I have been trying to find a way to complain about her lack of professionalism and medical knowledge. And, I am looking for a new doctor. Beware Heritage's doctors! more

I have been a patient of this practice for years now. I am now getting older and realizing how unprofessional and rude these people are. When I had a breakdown, I was actually YELLED at by someone, MULTIPLE times. Refilling medications has never been so difficult. Almost everytime they write me a new Rx things get filled incorrectly or not at all. I also have been mischarged for appointments. No one has apologized or has taken responsibility for their mistakes and overlooks. I also agree that I feel like it was a patient assembly line, with no check up calls, or anything to show concern for their patients. I work with animals, and we are a million times better than this practice. I do NOT reccomend this practice to anyone. Anyone have any reccomendations? I have become increasingly dissatisfied with this practice and am leaving after being treated there for greater than 5 years .
