I have been a patient of this practice for years now. I am now getting older and realizing how unprofessional and rude these people are. When I had a breakdown, I was actually YELLED at by someone, MULTIPLE times. Refilling medications has never been so difficult. Almost everytime they write me a new Rx things get filled incorrectly or not at all. I also have been mischarged for appointments. No one has apologized or has taken responsibility for their mistakes and overlooks. I also agree that I feel like it was a patient assembly line, with no check up calls, or anything to show concern for their patients. I work with animals, and we are a million times better than this practice. I do NOT reccomend this practice to anyone. Anyone have any reccomendations?
