I completely agree with the earlier review but would like to add that some of their doctors are careless beyond belief. I was misdiagnosed (the doctor apparently could not READ) and given a medication I should not have been taking. When I asked for a copy of the report, I could read what the doctor who analyzed my test results had written. It was NOT what the doctor had said. I called to ask how she reached a diagnosis different from that on the report and she had the nurse call me to tell me that the report was correct. She did not admit she was wrong but claimed that the lab sent two reports. I have been trying to find a way to complain about her lack of professionalism and medical knowledge. And, I am looking for a new doctor. Beware Heritage's doctors!
