I was concerned about visiting a new dental practice since I had been with the same dentist for many years. \r I have to say how impressed I was with this office, all the equipment and up to date technology was impressive. I was not aware of all the advances there have been in dentistry. The doctor was also very attentive to my concerns, and was very gentle during treatment. Wonderful! more

I am always greeted with a smile and in and out on time, which makes what could be a dreadful chore a treat! Staff is very helpful and looked up the upcoming appointments for the rest of the family. I always recommend Brighter Dental Care to those who are looking. more

I was immensely satisfied with the treatment I received at Brighter Dental Care. The doctors are extremely efficient, and treat their patients just like family members. I would refer everyone with dental needs to go there! more

Brighter Dental Care’s service is without a doubt, one of the best dental experiences you will have in New Jersey! The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, and the offices are immaculate. \r \r I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Singer. The work he has done on me has been top notch! Over the years, I have referred plenty of friends and coworkers and they have never said anything but great things about their experience there!! more

People often say that the first impression is the one that counts. Well, last summer I visited Brighter Dental Care for the very first time. I was impressed by the level of service I received. Every one was very courteous and professional! It did not take long before I was called in to be seen by the dentist. I am usually skeptical and frightened when visiting a dentist office. Everyone at Brighter Dental Care put me at ease by clearly and carefully explaining every step of my procedure. There were no surprises! I was pretty happy about that. I was able to relax and get my procedure done in a timely fashion. I can honestly say that my family has certainly found a dental group that we love! more

I must say the experience at Brighter Dental Care is so worth it! I was very afraid of the dentist and the work they had to do but Brighter Dental made it so easy for me. Dr. Singer is the best and he did a great job with me. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and hospitable. I can most definitely say this is a place I will be coming back to for all my dental needs. You will never regret your experience there. They will take very good care of you. more

Brighter Dental Care rocks! This dental facility is very clean and they keep everything up to date. I just got my braces off, and I can't thank Dr. Salvatore enough! My teeth look great, and I can smile with confidence =D (like this emoticon right here). You can tell she's a great dentist because she actually cares about her patients. She'll take that extra step to ensure that you're comfortable and pleased with her procedures. more

This is the best and friendliest dental office you can ever imagine! Everyone is professional while being friendly and reassuring. I love Dr. Singer and his staff and appreciate all the fine work they have done for me over the past 3 years. I have my teeth cleaned religiously every 6 months and once a year have my teeth whitened. They are dazzling! more

BEST ROOT CANAL EVER! Strange title right? But, its true! I have had three root canals. The first two were performed at other dentists and were as painful after as they were before! My third, however, was performed at Brighter Dental Care and it was performed beautiful!. My roots were very, very small and what should have been tedious seemed like a cinch for the dentist!! I did not feel any pain during and did not need ANY pain medication after the procedure. Within 24 hrs I was eating on that side of my mouth without discomfort! Amazing!! more

I've been going to Brighter Dental Care for a little under a year now (I'll have to come back and give another amazing review once I hit my dental anniversary with the office!), and they are so wonderful. I've had nothing but amazing experiences with every member of the staff. They are so kind and sweet and really put you at ease- whether you're in for a cleaning or for major work. I know that when I was choosing a dentist, I felt like I was picking blindly and I was really nervous. Luckily, I had a friend recommend me to Dr. Singer- and thank goodness. I don't have the time or the courage to shop around with dentists and risk and unpleasant experience! more

Nice, pleasant people; clean, calm office. I can't recommend Dr. Singer enough. Super-nice guy, took an actual interest in me as a person, and what a refreshing change from the many dentists who try to sell you unnecessary procedures that aren't covered by insurance. I also enjoyed talking with all of the hygienists who are always very helpful with ways I could be doing better for my teeth - in a friendly, guiding and non-judgmental way. Definitely recommended. more

I love these dentists! My daughters-they are teens who feel nothing but sincerity from these doctors. I don’t hear one complaint about anything when they come back from a check-up! Wish I had found these doctors years ago so that I wouldn’t have had to hear any complaining. I found the office clean and the staff exceptionally nice! Such a rarity in some offices! Doctors are kind and explain what they will do to treat your condition and why! I will recommend these dentists to all who ask if I know of a good dentist! more

Dr. Singer rocks! I'd definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a dentist with fine skills, attentive bedside manner, a lot of experience and willingness to explain through every step of the procedure with patience. \r \r I had a deep cavity close to the roots in my molar and was extremely nervous about it. I must have grilled Dr. Singer with a million questions, and he answered every one of them with thoroughness. I was leaning towards having a root canal in case a crown doesn't work. But Dr. Singer insisted on a more conservative treatment with a crown and reassured me that it will be fine based on his experience with past patients. I'm so glad that I took his advice, as the crown is now working fantastically, and the whole procedure was painless and trauma-free. more

The best dental place ever. The place is super clean, most up to date and everyone is really friendly and helpful. The work is superb and I love the dentists here explain everything to you so you know what to expect while having a procedure done and you know exactly what is going on in your mouth!! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.... A+++!! more

I was referred to Brighter Dental Care by a coworker, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The office is new and clean, with top-of-the-line equipment. I love that you can watch TV while you get your teeth cleaned. \r \r Dr. Singer is extremely pleasant, and takes the time to explain everything to you, including the options you have for treatment. Also, I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes in the waiting room.\r \r If you are not a fan of dentists (like me), you should definitely check out Brighter Dental! more

Brighter Dental is more concerned about making appointments and collecting from insurance than they care about your well being. I should have trusted a doctor friend of mine before coming here. He warned me this practice was money hungry and he was right. more

I've been a patient of Brighter Dental Care’s for over a year now and what a dramatic difference from my past dentist! Dr. Singer and his staff are always super friendly and professional. The office is amazing, all state of the art equipment, modern and super clean. \r \r Dr. Singer and his team are always focused on making sure I'm very comfortable and my visits have been the best visits to the dental office that I've ever had. I also really like that he never tries to ""upsell"" me on extra procedures. \r \r I've had great experiences. more

To those who may read this review: heed my warning... stay away! Like several others who have reviewed this practice, I visited this office since it was suggested by my insurance company. Once you arrive and interact with their employees and dentists, they view you as a cash cow... seeing dollar $ign$ and nothing else. I had a full series of x-rays (not covered by insurance due to the billing code they used), a dental exam (not covered by insurance again due to the billing code they used... one designed for more extensive evaluations) and three cavities filled (wait for it... not covered by insurance). So, for all of these services, I paid the full cost in cash.\r \r To be honest, I felt scammed from the moment I entered and they began to promote their ""extra services"" such as teeth whitening, a tooth guard for nighttime tooth grinding, etc. I continued to state that I was just in for a semi-annual check up to no avail. As I was leaving, they continued to promote these services ""for clients like you."" (I assume they checked my credit score while I was in the dental chair).\r \r I assumed that would be the last I would hear from them, until I received a bill a few weeks later for over $600. I assumed it was a mistake, since my insurance company did not cover any service they provided and I paid the full charge in cash. So I called their billing office. I was told that my insurance company requires that they charge a higher rate than they did, even though nothing was covered. So I asked, ""If I did not give you my insurance information, I would not have to pay an additional $600+?"" They replied, ""Correct."" I then asked if the office accepts my insurance and I was told that they do, but not for the procedures I had. When I tried to explain how insane that sounds to me, the representative became extremely condescending (I assume their billing practices are regularly called into question) and said, ""Well, you just don't understand how dental insurance works."" I guess I don't. But no other dentist in my life has employed such questionable billing tactics (charging more than the full price because I _have_ dental insurance?!?) Ultimately, I paid the $600+ additional charge just so that they would not send the amount to a collection agency (as they threatened) and ruin my credit. I have never encountered a business so shady in my life -- and I am so sorry I ever walked through their door.\r \r One last note. After the cursory dental exam, I was told that aside from the three small cavities (which were filled), my teeth were very healthy. One months after my visit, my front tooth broke off after a massive, chronic infection had eroded my maxilla (lip bone). This is going to require extensive oral surgery (approximately $6,000) and I was told by my oral surgeon that the infection has existed for 6-12 months and should have easily been identified by a competent dentist performing a routine dental exam. So the legacy of my miserable experience with Brighter Dental lives on.\r \r I implore you to learn from my mistake and look elsewhere. If this business is not one massive scam, I don't know what is.\r more

I started going here in 2008 upon recommendation from my sister-in-law. Even though it takes us an hour to get here from home, I don't plan on changing my dentist anytime soon. These guys are too good. more
