Brighter Dental Care (Princeton)

I have been going to brighter dental for 5 years now. They have the best customer service, and the office is very nice inside. It is very clean they have state of the art equipment. I never have to wait, they are always running on time. The hygenists, office staff and doctors are great! I have recommended them to others before and all those that I have recommended thank me because they feel the same way. It is a great dental practice. more

Simply the best dentist on the planet!!! Dr. Singer and team are the best. Professional, caring, gentle and meticulous. I've recommended Brighter Dental to many friends who have thanked me for the introduction. I think over 6 yrs as a patient and the fact that I own a perfect set of teeth speaks volumes. I came Brighter Dental with a not so perfect set of teeth. They set me up with Dr. Singer for some gum issues, then worked his magic in getting me on the road to good dental health. I couldn't be a happier patient!!!!!! I love this team!! more

They were rude and refused to take responsibilities for their own mistakes. I hope people don't get fool by their radio commercial and the brand-new office. more

I had been thinking of finding a new dentist for quite a while, but just hadn’t really gotten around to it. Then I heard a radio commercial for Brighter Dental. I then checked out their website, read a few notes from other patients, and thought it sounded promising.\r The office is brand new and beautiful. The space is all very open, and very appealing. Front desk staff members are helpful and pleasant. I immediately felt I would like it there. Then I met with Dr. Singer, who was quite cordial yet professional. He did an initial exam, asked some questions, had x-rays taken, and then we reviewed my situation. Turns out I needed quite a bit of work. Needless to say, this wasn’t great news. However, he took the time to break it all down for me, explain what was a priority and why, and set out a time frame for how to get all of this work done. He also discussed the costs involved, and then followed up on that with an explanation of the option of Care Credit—very helpful for making monthly payments.\r I’m now almost at the end of all the work, and I have to say that, in spite of the obvious discomforts associated with extensive dental work, it’s been a positive experience. All the staff members are great—friendly, reassuring. They really went out of their way to put me at ease with each step of the process. I always felt that if I needed to ask someone to stop, or let me take a break for a second, they’d know it and accommodate that request. \r Probably one of the best things about this practice is the fact that every specialist is located in the same office. I really hate having to go from one specialist to another for various procedures. You don’t really know them, you’re probably never going to see them again, and it’s just weird. But at Brighter Dental, all the specialists are there, which means the support staff is the same and you really get to know them!! That made a huge difference to me.\r There’s no question that I would recommend this group to anyone who asked for a referral. It’s a relief to have found a practice that’s reliable, professional, and really pleasant, all packaged in a clean, bright space. Perfect Combination!! more

For years I was embarrassed about my smile. I had a “snaggle tooth” that was crooked and stuck out. I absolutely hated it! Getting braces as an adult was a tough decision and I had a ton of questions. How much would it cost, would it hurt, how long would the treatment take and should I really do this? When I started looking for an orthodontist I had a hard time finding someone I could trust until I found Dr. Salvatore. Dr. Salvatore put me at ease the moment I met her - she was thorough and answered all my questions. After my consultation, I knew I finally found an orthodontist I could trust and immediately made my appointment to have my braces put on. 1 year later, I celebrated my beautiful new smile by having a “gum chewing party” with my family. Now I just can’t stop smiling!\r But orthodontics isn’t the only reason I love Brighter Dental! When my son Evan was 3, we took him to a different local dentist and he had a terrible experience – we will never go back there again! Brighter Dental had taken such great care of me; we decided to take Evan there also. Now, he’s 6 and when he gets his teeth cleaned, he just sits back and watches cartoons. The appointment is over so quickly, he doesn’t even get to finish 1 show! \r I just can’t say enough about Brighter Dental. The office staff is helpful and friendly and the hygienists are through and attentive. My dentist, Dr. Briggs, is great. She helped establish a dental treatment plan that is specific to my needs. Next month, I have an appointment with the periodontist for some additional work I need done – even though I floss! I know I can always get an appointment whenever I need 1 – once I had a problem called while on vacation and they were able to set up an emergency appointment for the day I got back! It’s so convenient having everything done in 1 office and I don’t need to coordinate treatments at multiple locations. \r I take care of my teeth the best that I can but I feel confident knowing that I have Brighter Dental to help me with all my dental needs!\r more

While Brighther dental is very convenient, I would not reccommend them.\r \r I was a dental patient for two years. The hygienist primarily used an ultrasonic scaler with very little hand scaling. While this reduced the amount of time I spent in the chair, I have watched my teeth stain worse than ever before on the backside of my front teeth (upper and lower) where they heavily used the ultrasonic scaler. No, I have not changed my diet. There is little research on whether this may be a side effect of this instrument...so, I will leave it and my hypothesis at that. I realize many other offices use this instrument. This office NEVER flossed my teeth at routine cleanings.\r \r I also decided to have orthodontic work done. Convenience being a factor, I also went with Brighter Dental. I do not reccommend them. I stopped my treatment after spending more than 9 months with them and walked away. I learned they double book appts. and you spend a LONG time in the waiting room, they changed my treatment in favor of the in-house cosmetic dentist (this is why I left), and I generally felt they were pushing quantity over quality. Too many patients and not enough orthodontists. I could tell my orthodontist was overworked....missing lunch because the schedulers overbooked? Come on owners of Brighter Dental, where is your sense of care for your employees!\r \r I hope you read my review. I would not reccommend them. And as the other 1 *star* reviewer said, the 39 other reviews aren't real. Look at the dates they were posted. Many of them happened on the same date. Coincidence? I think not. You would think someone investing two years of their time in writing occassional reviews would be careful not to write three to six reviews on the same day and then nothing for months and then another 2-3 reviews on the same day. True reviews happen all over the calendar. more

Brighter Dental Care has a vibrant and caring staff that are always encouraging and supportive. The staff is cooperative, skilled and very good at their jobs. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new dental team. I have every confidence in their ability to care for me. I feel that the entire staff takes responsibility for their patients and I have a great smile to prove it. more
